I have been back to reprised "drinking buddy #2 " twice on Chicago Med but did not get as much screen time as I did on PD.
From 1998 till I #lostweight in 2014 my agent got me 6 auditions and I got 2 parts, after #loosingweight I get 2-4 audition requests a month and it goes to show more #opportunities open up when you are #healthy and #fit
If you are asking why it says #Running in the corner, that is because I went for a nice #Run tonight after work and figured I would mix it up and skip the #Selfie of me in my #IndianaStateUniversity hoodie and give you a quick glimpse of one of my many other interests.
Also I did an episode of #ChicagoFire as a #Runner when they needed real runners for a #5K scene they shot in I think it was season 5, I saw me, but it would have been a blurry pic.

Cenggitu la yang dialami sorang kastemer yang amalkan Postnatal ni. Baru habis 2 botol sambil sapu-sapu manja Care Lotion FREEGIFT kat tempat lemak berkumpul, nahhhhh 23kg hilang ghaib entah ke mana. Tak tinggal jejak langsung.
Mak-mak berpantang yang ada angan-angan nak slim sambil jaga kesihatan luar dalam, meh roger kak bid Bukan tu je, susu badan pon akan meriah melimpah ruah. Pekat. Baby menyusu sekejap je dah kenyang. Sedar-sedar dah nyenyak tidur sambil mulut dia ternganga. Alololo, comeyyynya.

When life gets in the way, make a new plan!
Today did not go as intended, but I’m not really mad. As a lot of you know, I was stuck in Los Angeles for most of yesterday and didn’t get home until 9:00ish. And for the first time in a LONG time I didn’t sleep well (courtesy of a double shot espresso). I don’t think I fell into a solid sleep until 1:30am (I wake up for work at 4:45am). Needless to say, I had a slow day at work, I was dragging and my eyes burned. I came home at 3:15pm with the intention to sleep for a couple of hours, get up and go knock out an hour of cardio and some core work and then cook dinner for my husband... Well, because of my exhaustion, that didn’t happen as planned. I slept through my alarm and here it is, after 7:00pm and I’m just waking up..totally confused, irritated, but FULLY rested and feeling good. My husband had to reason with me that I needed to put myself first and sometimes that doesn’t mean exercise. Sometimes it means allowing your brain and your body to get the rest it NEEDS and sleeping from 3:30pm to 7:00pm was obviously what my body needed this evening 💤
I’m constantly on and I tend to get pissy when I have a schedule and something gets changed.. and because I’m doing the challenge with @loseitconkatie I was extra irritated. I then realized 4 things: it’s not the end of the world. I didn’t fail. Katie isn’t going to come find me and tell me I failed. I can rework my schedule this week to incorporate the missed workouts. That’s it! Crap happens, make a new plan, move forward. That’s life.🔥 If you’re doing the January challenge and have dealt with your fair share of “life got in the way”, I think it would be good for you to remember that this challenge is not LIFE, it is a guide to help you manage your health. NO ones schedule is the same, no ones life is the same and we all should do well to find our own balance. The fact that you and I are IN this, and we’re not giving up, that’s the most important part. If you missed a workout, had a crappy meal that you didn’t plan on having, have an illness and can’t workout like you hoped you could, etc.. don’t beat yourself up. As long as we are moving forward, we won’t fail.
