Last year I had a lesson about business sustainability, it sounds really boring, or at least it sounded really boring to me. However among the extremely boring stuff I've been told there was something that caught my attention.
They said that between each one of us and every person in the whole World, from aborigines and Hollywood stars, there a maximum of 12 connections and the average is 6-8 connections.
Which basically means each person you know will then know many more people and each of those people will know many others and this goes on for a maximum of 12 times untill you know the worldwide World.
It's so strange that it's difficult to understand and I'm also not very good at explaining it.
But the point is, as many more people you meet as closer you're to the World, cause you'll need less connections to reach anyone.

Good evening Edinburgh! Did you know that our company ethos is to only use great ingredients, don't use huge ‘uncaring’ producers for anything and don’t overcomplicate it. Give the guest the very best experience they can for a fair price and only employ people that are passionate for what they do! 📸:
We had the first proper snow here yesterday!❄️ It was the most snow I’ve seen here in Edinburgh for the three years I’ve been living here😊 I just love when I wake up in the morning and it’s white everywhere! A shame it didn’t last more than one day😔But at least I have pictures that I can look at👍🏻
Edinburgh is sometimes referred to as "the Athens of the north" due to having so many Greco-Roman style buildings 🏛️🏺
The Dome here is such a famous example! It used to be the Physicians Hall ⚕️ and then belonged to the Commercial Bank of Scotland (now RBS) 💰 to finally become the amazing restaurant and events venue that is today 👌
Everyone in Edin knows it for its impressive Christmas decorations 🎄 and I am a fan of its cocktail bar 🍹
I always feel like I'm stepping into a noir film in the 1940s and proceed to order a Mai Tai and chat with the barmen 🍹💅
Have you seen/visited this place if you've been to Edinburgh? Do you remember seeing other Greco-Roman style buildings? 🏛️
Icing sugar or snow? We think Edinburgh looks even more magical in the snow! Did you manage to get outside and capture any amazing wintery scenes?

Another little snap from my time up Nelson Monument! What a wonderful view you get up there, although next time I hope to go up in less windy hazy weather 😅. PS My new blog post about my visit to Golden Hare Books (my favourite Edinburgh bookshop) is up now - link in bio! I’ve been wanting to post more blog posts about independent Edinburgh businesses and I’m finally getting around to it!
