RSD 1,090: just a pair of treadmill miles and 20 minutes of #strangerthings2 BUT... the victory was that I felt awesome for the first time in a week. I might finally be climbing out of this fatigue hole I'd dug for myself. Feeling optimistic, y'all. Happy Monday.
Finally, I’ve waited for this day for so long. The day my girl and i can get out and exercise together, overnight she has become obsessed with riding her bike. We hit the trails today for 5 miles, and she did amazing!! Foi assim que começou a minha primeira corrida 🏃🏼♀️, aonde após participar e completar a primeira prova , eu disse pra mim mesma que terminaria de completar o circuito e completar o meu mandala. Porém não foi só o mandala que completei , foram amigos que conheci através da @runnaticosmacae , amigos que conheci nas provas , amadurecimento que tive que ter em respeitar o meu limite e saber que posso ser “ melhor do que ontem “!
E foi nesse início que cresceu esse amor por esse esporte tão lindo que é a corrida 🏃🏼♀️. Posso dizer que vejo meu futuro sim ! Uma mulher feliz , fazendo o que ama , que é estar nesse universo lindo que o esporte me proporciona .

👟👟Running into Monday so happy with another 6, pain free miles🙌🏻 Correct running posture (trying anyway) being my only focus: Stand tall, neutral pelvis, contract glute, push back, toe off, propel forward, repeat. .

Hey everyone. I've just uploaded a band workout to my story. At the end of your day, you can easily watch television and work on your imbalances. I've covered some of the best exercises for the most common injuries. Just because you may not suffer from these injuries now. It's important to work these areas 3-4 times a week so you don't get injured in the future.
I realize the camera angle isn't the best. I'll work on that next time. Let me know if you enjoy and if you would like to see anything in particular in the future!!! ☺️☺️

Park loop run with Max today! He has boundless energy! It was chillier than I expected, and my legs felt numb. I wanted to try for some faster loops but my legs weren’t cooperating. Turkey trot Thursday! #turkeytrotcleveland
