People always ask what’s the one thing you learn or take away from traveling. The answer to that is how thankful I am for the opportunities I have in my life, my family, my friends, and my heath. It makes me realize just how fortunate I am each and every day, and for that I’m thankful. Happy Thanksgiving from Prague on day 23. #eurotodd
Feeling politically annoyed today (welcome to Britain guys) but I don’t think Instagram is a place to bring politics as it should be kept a nice, happy place 🤣🤣
So I was flicking through my photos of Suffolk and noticed this pink house has a for sale sign. But after extensive googling I cannot find this house for sale or recently sold anywhere, and I really wanted to dream of owning it.
Life goal: to live in a renovated country cottage (the village must have a shop and a pub that serves delicious food), with a duck egg blue country kitchen, I would like an exposed brick wall at least somewhere in my house, a Velux window in a slopey ceiling, real wood floors that creak, a roll top Bath, and exposed beams.
Thoughts? Realistic? Will I ever achieve my goal? Because right now that house does not exist in my price bracket or the location I want 🤦🏻♀️
Ps my husband is totally onboard with this as long as he can walk to a train station, walk to a bank, walk to a super market and walk to the barbers. Do you see our problem with this country house dream 🤣🤣
Ely Cathedral is also known as the Ship of the Fens - when fog settles over Ely, once a marshland, the cathedral looks like a massive ship sailing across it. It’s hard to show how absolutely huge this building is, and it’s practically in the middle of nowhere!!
A red striped awning and rain soaked street are framed by a well placed dust pan setting the scene on a rainy day in Napoli🙌🏼🇮🇹🙌🏼. Happy Thanksgiving 🍽 to all that celebrate today.

Piazza Grande at the beautiful hill top town of Montepulciano. A fun fact!: A scene from Twilight's New Moon ✨ was filmed right here at this piazza.
Jack and Kate made a couple of wishes at this well! Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!! 🍗
We adopted four of these little olive beauties from an antique bookshop in Montepulciano. Montepulciano is a medieval and Renaissance hill top town in the Italian province of Siena in southern Tuscany.
The owner of the bookshop was so warm and friendly. And the shop smelled lovely of old books - heaven!! If you are in the area, you must visit this shop - but I warn you, it will be hard to leave it without some precious piece of history in your hands! #booklover
For about three years I made myself traveling around the small country named the Netherlands. My target was to enjoy this country to its fullest, taking the benefit from its tiny size and various excellent facilities provided by the transportation service. I met great people, made friends due to unexpected situation, saw various places, learned enormous stories, and experienced various restaurants. All of these gave funny experiences such as giving free city tours to local Dutch people in Delft and Leiden, telling the the history of the city while I am a foreigner living in Eindhoven!
Last month I decided to stop doing that. After a long time, that activity became a routine thus not too enjoyable anymore. The cost of doing it lately felt not worth it anymore. Now I feel more relaxed in the weekdays because I do not need to find places to visit and to arrange the activities to be done anymore. However one thing is missing: interaction with strangers in the train.
Talking to strangers often lead to funny things. I once was in the train heading for Amsterdam. In front of me were two Asian girls. To kill the time, I started talking to them. I spoke English, assuming they were from one of East Asian countries. When we were about to arrive at the destination, one of them talked to the other in a language I am very familiar with: my own language! Apparently they are Indonesians, too. In that way I got two nice friends.
Oh! This is a shot I took in #Bergpark , #Kassel , #Germany . #wanderlust#wanderpulse#rsa_vsco#ig_europe#loves_europe
