The third chakra focuses on the perception of who you really are; characterized by personal power, self esteem, and transforming action into movement. Fuel the fire!!!

Set your intentions for your practice. Lay down on your back,
bring your legs up with your knees bent to a 90 degree angle. Raise your arms up, palms facing the sky, elbows comfortably bent. Hold for up to 5 minutes. As you hold this pose, focus on your navel. Feel the energy building there. Pull energy from the Earth, feel it move through your body. Remember to breath consciously during your practice. Balancing your inner fire will make you feel instantly empowered.

Things I did well today:
-got dressed -drank my superfoods
-ate healthy and on plan
-taught yoga (though I really struggle with leaving the house once I get home-ya feel me?)
-drank green tea
-cooked for the family
Things I didn't do well today:
-ate two Oreos (oh the horror)
-not enough water
-3 baskets of unfolded laundry

Tips:▪️warm up your hammys and hips! I like lunges and tortoise pose ▪️get your hamstrings as high up on your shoulders before trying to lift ▪️squeeze and engage everything! ▪️smile, you can do it! .

I: Side plank (option to lift and hold the top knee)

I: Right leg up and back, open hip

I: Press the knee out to revolve

I: Twist around for seated twist to opposite side - Exhale here
