Las mujeres de verdad lo que tienen son estrías, celulitis, pelos enquistados y personalidad para ser lo que les de la gana. Algunas tienen curvas, otras no, y endiosar solo a las que las tienen no es más que seguir fomentando una belleza al margen de la realidad 🦄 Y al menos para mí, la diversidad es el único camino 💞 mi ración doble de curvas y yo os deseamos un Feliz martes! Meine #transformation 😱💪 Ich war früher sehr dünn, deshalb habe ich mich mit 16 Jahren dazu entschieden, meine „Muskeln“ aufzubauen und viel zu essen. Ja das war ein Fehler. Ich habe 8kg durch ungesunde Kohlenhydrate wie Weizen, Süßigkeiten, Fertigprodukte zugenommen. Ich würde sagen... 80% Fett und der Rest vielleicht Muskeln. (Ohne Nahrungsergänzungsmittel) Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, wenn ich mich auf die Waage gestellt habe. Endlich wiege ich mehr! Endlich habe ich Kurven. Ja alles gut und schön, aber ich habe mich einfach unwohl und ungesund gefühlt. Ich habe aufgehört zu trainieren, weniger zu essen und dann ging mein Gewicht wieder runter. Mit MEHR Wissen und Motivation habe ich angefangen mehr Eiweiß und gesunde Kohlenhydrate zu mir zunehmen. Seit Heute gehe ich 2-3 mal in der Woche trainieren und es reicht vollkommen!💪 Meine Muskeln können sich vollständig regenerieren und wachsen!😊 Hinzu kommt, dass ich früher einen Blähbauch hatte, der sich nach der Zeit nach und nach endlich verabschiedet hat. Durch Nahrungsergänzungsmittel wusste ich endlich was mein Körper braucht!😊💪 (Proteinshakes, Bcaas, Kreatin, Magnesium und Maltodextrin) Meine Ernährung ist zurzeit sehr abwechslungsreich. Ich esse zwischendurch ungesund aber größtenteils gesund und ausgewogen. Ich esse in Maßen und nicht in Massen. Ich möchte in Zukunft noch 2-3kg zunehmen aber natürlich gesund!😊💪 Auf dem linken Foto bin ich 18 Jahre alt gewesen. Hi guys:) I'm asked a lot of questions about lifestyle and how to stay fit :) and if it has a lot to do with genetics... I think for some it comes a bit easier but I believe everyone has the ability to be there best self🙂 we all have different body types, so what's good and looks great for one person might not look right on the next one:) people should work on every body part not just upper or just lower:) as a woman I choose to work on my legs and glutes 3-4 times a week and on light leg day I work on upper body.... my goal is to look and feel healthy, toned and flexible:) I myself have neglected stretching and am focused on this now😁😁 being a gymnast all of my younger years, I wish I had kept up with stretching.... because I'm older and my joints can't handle the weight I used lift, I use lower weight and higher reps to burn out each muscle group;) it takes longer but is so much easier on joints... and I do no jumping movements. If I'm doing a class I modify movements to keep stress off my knees. After a rough workout last night and not being able to really sleep well, I started today off with an intense tricep and shoulder workout! 💪🏽😃. Turned what could have been a terrible day into a terrific tricep Tuesday! Hopefully it turns into Taco Tuesday after work because now that’s all I can think about... Shake and baby in hand I am ready to drop off little man and head to work. (Let’s cross our fingers for a tear-free daycare drop off this morning!!) Love and appreciate your body for what it is and what it does for you every day.

Morning workout complete 💪 It was a challenging one physically and mentally 😀 Lately I have been wanting to fall back to old patterns because it is what our automatic mind does because it is what it knew for so long and it is easy.But if we can recognize it we can consciously stop it and make that change! Literally drooling over this chocolate brownie batter chia pudding while I make my way home after a loooong day😛 Just look at all those yummy toppings with hazelnuts, dark chocolate, coconut and Oodles of warm chocolate sauce... Ahh I think I may be a little obsessed with chocolate...😳
Expect lots more choccy posts as the festive season makes me want even more than usual😜🍫 Chocolate brownie batter smoothie;
1 tbs of hazelnut butter
2 tbs of raw cacao powder
2 frozen bananas
2-4 soft pitted dates
3/4 cup of hazelnut milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Homemade chocolate brownie crumbled ( optional )
Blend everything in a high powdered blender until smooth and creamy then crumble in some of the chocolate brownie ( optional )
1/4 cup of chia seed
1 cup of almond or hazelnut milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tbs maple syrup ( optional )
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix everything together with a whisk and leave to soak for 1-4 hours in the fridge stirring in his time to avoid clumping. Top with dark chocolate, hazelnuts, coconut and lashing of dark chocolate drizzle🍫
