It's been a very looooong week.. and it is only Tuesday. There is so much happening at the moment and all to be revealed soon.. what makes my day and brings a smile to my face is pictures and messages like @dawn_101316 💥💥Thank you so much for sharing your results and the very kind words ❤️❤️➡️I'm sure you must get lots of messages like this but I just wanted to say how amazing your leave in conditioner is!! This little lady is the only one out of my 3 children to have curls (insert obvious joke about post man/milk man 😜) I had no clue what to do with them until I stumbled across your insta page and ordered the leave in conditioner and it's made a world of difference (and smells fab too) so thank you!!! Dawn 💋 💋💋 #curlyellie#curls#review#curlyhair
I relaxed my hair when I was in sixth grade and it was one of the worst decisions I have made (I have made a lot of bad decisions lol). My hair was super thin, dry, and shed like crazy. The chemicals from the relaxer burnt my scalp and it became super sensitive. Finally years later, I said enough is enough and stopped relaxing my hair in my Freshman year of college. It was the right decision to make and I am happy with my curly hair now. 🤗
"For anyone who has curly hair you know what a struggle it can be just to manage it and even more of a struggle when your 8 and your hair is down to your butt. The top picture is of my daughter Noelles hair after her shower ( this happens with every shower and I've tried so many different products to help that haven't, until now 😉 ) and with a tun of conditioner to try to tame it ( clearly you can see that did not work at all) the mess you see on the top was terrifying and typically would take me 30-45 minutes and lots of tears from her to brush through, the bottom picture is after I used the replenish mask in her hair, it literally took me less than 5 minutes to brush through her hair 😱 and her hair looks, feels and smells amazing!!! I also posted pictures of how it dried!! 😱😱😱😱 it never dries and turns out this curly because it's so thick and heavy. I'm amazed!! And completely jealous of her hair! It is soooo incredibly soft right now."
✨ CLEANSERS ✨
Which cleanser is best for your curl type? Left is our #CurlCleanser , which is non-foaming. It removes dirt but does not strip the hair (a bit like using a cream cleanser on your face rather than a foaming face wash). If you don't have an oily scalp, this one would work well for you. To the right is our #HydratingHairCleanser ; a mild foaming shampoo that will remove more oils so is better for oily prone scalps. Drop us a comment below if you have any questions 👇🏼💧
🎥Ok chicas here is how I deep condition. If there is one thing that we naturals can't skip is deep condition! NEVER ever skip it, especially if you're transitioning !!! I try to do it twice a week. You know I like to be extra (sometimes😬) so I like to add some oils to my deep conditioner. This time for additional moisture & to stimulate hair growth I added 1 tsp of avocado oil, 3 drops of vitamin E oil, and 3 drops of lavender essential oil. You can use any light oil such as jojoba, sweet almond, olive oil, etc. This is my second time using @mydevacurl Deep Sea Repair Mask and let me tell you that this stuff is worth every penny. I use heat when deep conditioning to help the product penetrate better since I have low porosity. I put my dryer in low heat tho and use 2 plastic caps & my @thehair_t to trap the heat better.

Happy Monday ladies. ❤️ yesterday I did this cute protective style and it was so easy and CHEAP!! Absolutely loved the outcome. I used 2 packs of kanekalon hair which were less then $5 at my local hair supply store. This is such a simple style to do when you don't want your hair down. I want to try a bun also. What are your favorite protective styles? Have any of you played with wigs? I've really been wanting to dable in some wigs. They look like so much fun.
Yay! The fab @atehjewel who like me is also a twin mama ❤️❤️ loves our @curlyellie Leave In Conditioner for herself and the twins .. I am so humbled. Thank you so much @jennierobertshair - The BEST hair stylist and kindest friend for the recommendation. #curlyellie#support#friends
Finally got my hands on some @moptophair 💚 I've been on the search for a good low poo and I decided to pick this up. Since Sunday's are my wash days, I decided to use it. OMG!!! Hands down, the best low poo I've used so far. This has a creamy consistency and left my hair so soft, yet didn't make my hair feel stripped. And let's talk about the smell!! I was really pleasantly surprised to find that it has an orange dreamsicle aroma to it! 🍊This is definitely going to be added to my wash day rotation! I highly recommend picking this up if you run across it and are in need of a great low poo!!
