Though this client didn’t have a scar from hip bone to hip bone, I treated her as if she did based on everything I knew about her and what she was presenting with today. Big shift forward with her hip and sensation down her leg. Though I won’t get into the details here, I’ve found that treating this “invisible scar” often makes a big difference in progress (let alone an actual scar). Do you have scars? Are you in pain? Woo hoo #mailday 📦😍 Got my goodies from @bitefuel and so excited! I already l💜ve the granola trail mix and can't wait to try the cookies😋 This momma has to have her sweet treats and I refuse to cut them out of my life.....so I make it my mission to find healthier alternatives. Do I enjoy treats moderately? Yes. Will I ever be as lean as all those chicks on IG? Nah....but mad props to those chicks making sacrifices and hard work to get that bod! Will it take me longer to lose fat than if I completely cut them out? Yes. Am I A-ok with it taking longer and not being that lean? Hell yes. This is MY journey to be healthier and I have to accept and acknowledge what works for ME and MY life and MY sanity. We are all so different and surrounded by so many outside influences that affect how this journey will look. Don't compare just focus on finding what works for you and what you are willing to sacrifice while still keeping your sanity. There is no finish line so you gotta find what works for the long haul. 😘✌💕
