I didn't have to be at work really early this morning so I was able to have breakfast at home.  That always makes me happy. Todays superfast breakfast before rushing 🏃‍♀️off to work. Now as I am getting further into my cut Im becoming more mindful on my Macros and Calories. Having had @dr_zaks_ltd Protein Bread for sometime I thought why not change It up for something alot less in calories as Im getting my protein from other sources. So here I have tried @waitrose whole meal medium bread and its only 74 calories per slice 😃. I had crushed avocado on top with some baby spinach and 2 eggs not forgetting my chilli flakes 🌶. This was delicious and so easy to prepare.
