Decided to do a little "mini-cut" after eating pretty terrible while in Texas! 😅 Admittedly I could have tried harder to stay on point but those excuses got the better of me. Going to take a few days where I'll keep my fats around 60g, Protein at about 220g, & carbs around 50g where they'll consist almost exclusively of green vegetables. There's nothing wrong with taking a few days to "tighten" back up during the holidays even if you're bulking. I always preach Balance in all things. I know I overdid it with Pizza & Cheeseburgers while away so now it's time to tip that balance back in my favor before continuing on with this lean bulk! 💪

Found some edamame fettuccine noodles, so I had to make some LC Chicken Parmigiana! I used garlic/herb marinated chicken cutlets, and breaded them in a mixture of almond flour/parmesan/Italian seasoning/Johny's Garlic Bread seasoning and baked them in the oven. I had my #bpc this morning after sleeping in and have fasted till now, my Round 2 Day 1 Zero Carb supper. Day 79/100- made #homemade#meatballs with beef, grated parmesan cheese, egg, spices! I baked them and topped with @raoshomemade and added @stellacheeses fresh parmesan 😋 I made a side of #guac because they were on sale and I stocked up 😍 #ketodrchallenge
After a day of shopping and walking at the mall, I am so ready to enjoy this 5 smart point dinner! ♥️ 4 oz of boneless, skinless chicken thigh (4 sp), 1/2 cup of cooked mushrooms (0 sp), 10 Spears of Asparagus (0 sp), 2 oz of carrots (0 sp) and 1 tbsp of Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing (1 sp) ☺️ I know the boneless, skinless chicken breast is 0 smart points but I love me some dark meat! hehe Closing the kitchen early tonight and it leaves me with 4 smart points that will roll over into my weeklies! 🤗 Plus, I got my blue dot! 🔵🙌🏻 I am planning my menu ahead for my Christmas Morning Breakfast and so far there’s scrambled eggs topped with fat free cheddar cheese (1/4 cup = 0 sp), Spiral Cut Apple Cinnamon Glazed Ham (3 oz = 5 sp), baked sweet potato (3 oz = 3 sp) and yeah... I’m still thinking about what to add. Bagels? All ideas and suggestions are welcomed! My day so far... bacon,bacon and more bacon with eggs and coffee
Better than onion rings.. bacon wrapped green pepper rings w a side of spicy mayo! The recipe is by @ketodiet_app I was super busy tonight and scrolled the app for something quick to make. I cut the green pepper into rings and then I cut thick bacon slices length wise to make two strips from one. Wrap the rings w the bacon. I cooked them in my oven at 325 for .. to be honest I didn’t time it 😬 I just kept flipping and checking them until they looked done to me 😋😋
The usual dinner consists of protein, squash, veggie, and a fat 👅
Tonight is pizza meatloaf (ground beef, marinara, parm, evoo) with roasted acorn squash, and snap peas) 🎉
