Happy Monday ... Brunch today after a lateish start. Tried the Herman Brot bread today for the first time and I really like it. My standard go to - egg, avacado and weight watchers cottage cheese. I am full now!
I always like to keep things real and I'll be real.. I'm really lazy tonight lol. Random "throw togeather" meal. Leftovers are my life sometimes. Salad with pickles (as usal), cauliflower hashbrowns which are amazing but I could only eat one.. and half a chicken pattie and half a zucchini pattie with abit of swiss cheese on top 😍my appetite is decreasing again which is awesome. Usually I'd be able to eat twice this amount, but nope.. had heaps left on my plate. Thanks Keto 💃🏽
