Just a friendly PSA. Before you start obsessing over what you're NOT doing in comparison to others (fasting, workouts, zero carb, IM, macros, dairy free, fat fasts, etc etc), just remember that your health journey is going to look different than others. Don't box yourself into all of the generalizations and "rules" if you feel is not working for you.
While some aspects of our healthy journey may be the same as others, it won't be identical. And the whole point of your journey is about finding out what works for YOU and what will lead YOU to a healthier version of yourself. For most of us it's going to take some time and lots perseverance, but that's ok! We didn't get to our high weight overnight, so certainly is going to take some time to get to where we need to be. Don't be so hard on yourself, just take it one day at a time ❤.

Snack I am having right now at work. For the low carb diet they suggest to only eat fruits that end in the word berries. Which would be strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. It’s almost been a year since I started this fitness/keto journey! So thank you to all who have allowed me to use my IG as an accountability holder and for giving me nothing but encouragement and positive vibes✨It’s always hard for someone to open up about their struggles with weight loss and I definitely had insecurities about sharing my story with you all, but it was the key to this years success! This journey hasn’t been perfect and I won’t ever claim it to be, my only thing is QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION FOR ME. I know what it’s like to quit and now I want to see what’s it like to finish. Maybe I won’t reach my “goal weight” in the time frame I had originally hoped for, but if it takes me a few extra months or even in this next year I WILL GET THERE. So thank you again and if you come across an IG page with someone who is just starting their journey, let’s make it a goal to lift them up and share some words of kindness and encouragement...the world is already full of negativity, let’s be the change we want to see in the world. ❤️
