Dinner wasn’t very aesthetically pleasing, I know... but here it is. I forgot I had butternut squash, so I forgot to make ‘chips’ and I also ran out of eggs sooo... here we have badly sliced roasted gammon joint, cauliflower (and a little broccoli) mash and cabbage topped with salt and pepper. At least it’s still low carb and tasted good 👌🏼

I wasn't going to post my dinner tonight, mostly because it is just super simple and kind of boring probably, but I've had a few people ask me how to start their own keto journey, so I thought being honest about how lazy I've been able to be while still enjoying my food is probably a good thing to do. 👌👌
I'm not a planner, I can't do a meal plan to save my life so after the first couple of months of looking up recipes and writing extravagant grocery lists, I decided to just memorize the "green list" (keto compliant foods) and just do a grocery shop with what I know I can eat and just chuck shit together throughout the week using some inspiration from other recipes on pinterest and all those places. 🤗🤗
Tonight I just browned off some minced beef and set it aside in a bowl, chucked some zucchini, cabbage and asparagus in the pan until it got some colour on it, put the mince back in added cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and a little bit of water and let it simmer for a little bit.
It is literally the exact same thing I do for all the veg dishes I do, I just added mince and topped with a dollop of sour cream and Parmasen cheese 🧀🧀
It doesn't matter how simple or how fancy the food you make is, if it's working for you and you enjoy it, keep on doing ya thing. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? ✌✌✌

- Em uma frigideira, coloque a manteiga e doure a cebola e o alho.

- Desligue o fogo, acrescente as farinhas, acerte o sal, misture tudo e pronto!
