As I wasn't feeling too well during my workout after pushing myself a little too much, I started dinner once I felt better.

I broke a 25hr fast with a stir fry of assorted ingredients from the week:
2 slices Kirkland bacon
88g white mushrooms
100g coleslaw veggies
69g cajun pork sausage
45g roma tomato
185g cooked chicken breast
Dinner came out to: 855 calories, 77g protein, 51g fat, 9g net carb (21g carb-12g fiber). Since my caloric total was low, I tried to bump it up with an impromptu snickerdoodle ricotta cream dessert (recipe to follow in another post) but only ended up eating half of it.
In the end my caloric total came to: 1134 calories, 85g protein, 78g fat, 12g net carbs (24g carbs-12g fiber). It's lower than I would have liked especially on leg day. I entertained the thought of having a protein bar but after dessert my stomach wasn't all too interested.
Meh...tomorrow is another day.
When you're at the fair, and you want to ride rides. So you do.... Then all 250lbs of you is suspended upside down, in mid air, 80 feet off the ground, and the harness only clicked twice... When your hubbs' clicked 7 times. Yup... Death is coming. Then you think you can do one more, and you sit in a seat that can only fit your left butt cheek. You tell the ride worker, "tal vez, no??" (maybe, not?) But the ride worker shoves the harness over you anyway with a sympathetic grin. And once again, 250lbs are suspended upside down, 80 feet in the air, but this time you're not even in the friggin seat.... Yup. I hate the fair. Made my 15lb loss feel like a loser tonight.

Today's quick and easy lunch, a beautiful pork forequarter chop done in the George Foreman grill, buttered baby spinach and half an avocado with a squeeze of lime and salt. Super delicious and super easy, my favourite combination!
I know this might not look appetizing because I ate half of it before taking a picture, but I just couldn't resist. I was craving cheat food today, but instead I ate 1 tbsp of chunky peanut butter with some cinnamon mixed in. I always used to add cinnamon to peanut butter.
