His and hers breakfast wraps ! My mister requested 5 slices of bacon 🥓 🥓🥓sometimes it's just that kinda morning. They didn't even all fit on the wrap. 4 slices on and the loner piece was what I like to call- tasting bacon (just one that you free hand nibble on with your meal) 😹 For me, a bacon and cheddar cheese wrap because I'm having eggs later ☺️ @knightmoves19 - although I did sneak a mandatory taste test on the scrambled eggs made with creme fraiche and so yummy !
Butter crisped low carb @flatoutbread wrap, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and slices crispy @niman_ranch bacon - mine was Niman Ranch and Kyle's was Applegate Sunday bacon - I switch back and forth between these brands - both delish, both antibiotic-free, nitrate free 👍🏼

Feeling really fuckin proud of myself for being able to do 4 pushups😭 🎉💃For some people this may seem trivial, but for me it's kind of a big deal.
Pushups were always a magical unicorn that I thought I would never be able to do. Being overweight for most of my life and never really working out, it just wasn't something I saw as possible since I had never been able to do a single one. Even after I started lifting consistently they still evaded me and for that reason I added pushup training into my workout routine a little while ago.
I started with incline and negative pushups only, and have moved into doing as many regular pushups as I can before switching over to incline (progressive overload🙌). My consistency has absolutely paid off and I'm so happy and proud to be where I am now (going for 5 next week 💪). My first big goal is to be able to do ten, and I'm seeing myself being there by the end of the year at the latest💃
This is just another example that you can achieve whatever the fuck you want if you're just willing to put the work in to get it done. Success comes to people who go after it.

Before and after pictures are so motivating. When I'm feeling negative or am not happy with the number on the scale, I look at them and am reminded how far I've come in 2 months. The full recipe for these tasty (and clean!) treats is OTB (search “paleo cookie”), but I altered the recipe just slightly this morning by using @madhavasweet vanilla agave instead of maple syrup and the flavor is 🤤🤤🤤.
I love using agave to sweeten up treats because it is a natural sugar derived from a plant 🌱 and its glycemic index is significantly lower ⬇️ than overly processed white granulated sugar, so you can enjoy these cookies without the nasty sugar crash! 👏🏻.
Per usual these fluffy meets fudgy cookies are made with @bluediamond almond flour, full of healthy fats, and studded with @paschachocolate dark chocolate chips! 🍫.
