This review is for Everly's Peach Mango energy drink. They use stevia and erythritol to sweeten, no artificial ingredients. I prepared it according to the directions 1tsp powder in 12-16oz, I used 12oz water. It mixed really well, it didn't feel gritty nor was there anything left in the bottom
The first thing I noticed was peach. It was really peachy which is nice since I haven't had a real peach since going keto. The flavour is vivid, pretty tasty and refreshing. Now I did catch an odd taste with one swig about half way, had a chemical taste but I didn't notice it after that. I was surprised how yellow/orange it is but rest assured, it's using beta carotene for colour. I can see myself mixing this with my peach mango BCAAs to make my own pre workout as it has 120mg caffeine. In Canada, it's a little pricey at $0.94 a serving but not bad if you like flavoured beverages and it's all natural
Nutrition: Calories 5, 2g carbs (I suspect they're from erythritol as there's nothing else I'd see contribute to it) and for many erythritol isn't retained so carbs would be zero
Caffeine: 120mg caffeine, equal to just over a cup of coffee (8oz coffee = 94mg caffeine)

75 g Pine nuts
1 tbsp cashew butter
2 cloves garlic
2 oz basil
2 tbsp lemon juice
33g olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
In a high speed blender, blend everything together until smooth.

Instead of dipping my chicken in egg before my pork rind/almond breading, I slathered mayo on the filets then breaded for some extra fatty goodness.
Some homemade tomato sauce on cheese buns and BAM - goddamn delicious dinner FTW. 💛❤💛

150g de couve flor (levemente cozida)
Bate tudo no multiprocessador!
O recheio fica na criatividade de vocês, e nas limitações de cada dieta né... O meu é bem basiquinho, porque tá tudo conforme meu plano alimentar, tô na linha mesmo 💪🏻 .
Pra farofinha de fora eu usei mais ou menos umas 100g de frango, pq quando torra ele não rende muito, e misturei um tantinho de queijo parmesão ralado. 😋

Como tinha prometido, vou passar uma sugestão de itens para começar uma dieta Low Carb. Primeira lista:
⠀✅ PROTEÍNA 🍖 🍗 🍳🐟 🍤
* Carnes: carne de gado, porco, aves, caça, miúdos e órgãos (moela , coração, figado)
* Peixes e frutos do mar: todos os tipos ( sardinha, atum, camarão, lula, etc).
* Ovos ( codorna e galinha) ⠀⠀
👉🏻 não é necessário retirar a gordura da carne, a pele do frango nem a gema do ovo. A gordura natural dos alimentos auxiliam na saciedade.
Tried making bacon cannoli's, recipe courtesy of @keto_diesel. Started with 6, managed to get 4. Need to work on the wrap. Filling was good. I used 4oz cream cheese, 1/2C ricotta, 1/2t vanilla, 1t swerve & about 4T heavy cream. It made way to much so leftovers will become fatbombs tomorrow. 😋😋😋

So glad I found a low carb pasta that is actually really good.

Cream of Broccoli Soup - Delicious low carb / high fat soup! In a pot melt 2tbsp @fourthandheart Grass-fed Ghee Butter, add 1 chopped yellow onion & cook until tender. Add 3 cups organic chopped Broccoli, 6 cups @pacificfoods Organic Chicken broth, season with a few dashes of pink Himalayan salt & fresh black pepper.
