Friday workout done! ✅ I had a great workout with @darochafitness 💪🏼. Today was leg day 🏋🏽♀️... so you guys already know I got my butt kicked 💥. Time after time, I’m confirming that I have so much more energy when I workout while fasting🙌🏽. I went out to dinner last night💃🏻... I had a salad at 9pm 🙄, so I’m not going to fast for 18hrs, but 16hrs is better than nothing 👌🏽. Who’s about that intermittent fasting life today? How many days a week do you fast? Does anyone do 24hr/ once or twice a week? I read about that yesterday🤔

Workout ✅ 🙌🏽 I try to stay as consistent as possible, but you guys know I’m human, right? 💁🏻♀️ So there are skips and mess ups here and there, but I always come back stronger💪🏼. I feel so good today! I had a great workout with @darochafitness, I’ve been fasting since about 6:45ish yesterday evening. I feel so energized, it’s crazy 🤩! One thing I wanted to address (due to a few guilt messages I received) ... I really hope you guys understand that a mess up doesn’t throw all your hard work down the drain. A mess up doesn’t mean you go drive to McDonald’s and order half the menu because “well I already messed up”... No! What you do is just pick your head up, dust yourself off and hop your butt right back on that wagon! Come at this journey even stronger💪🏼. You’re no different than the rest of the people you see on IG loosing weight. Just commit to your journey. Don’t let anyone or anything come between you and your goals❤️
So this is my life for the next 3hours or so. I started intermittent fasting last night at 7ish. I woke up and just knew it was time to start. I went to bed with that idea in mind but didn’t know how I was going to be feeling this morning. It’s all in our heads. If you want to do it, you will. If not… Any excuses will justify why today doesn’t work. Trust me... i’m speaking from experience. So, I will do 18/6 today. Who has struggled with intermittent fasting?
