The almond butter and apple on the right is an example of a nutritious meal when trying to put on some weight given the calcified are a bit higher
The meal on the left is a cucumber and garlic hummus plate which is much lower in calories, but still nutritious food.

Chicken Alfredo with mushrooms and spinach served over spaghetti squash tonight. I love using spaghetti squash in place of regular pasta. The kids and hubby had it over regular spaghetti, they are not in the squash fan club yet (more for me😆).
