👩‍🍳 Nuestra receta del día: Hot Cakes Ce Nutre Protein 🍞 👉Ideales para acompañarlos con una taza de café como snack o bien para desayunar / cenar junto con la malteada.

Porciones: 1
Carbohidratos por porción: 3.7 📋 Ingredientes: ✅ 1 Tapa de Ce Nutre Protein sabor vainilla (o al gusto)
✅ 1 Huevo entero
✅ 1 Cucharada de linaza molida
✅ 30 gr. de queso crema
✅ 1 Cucharada de mantequilla
✅ 1 Sobre de splenda
✅ Agua la necesaria
✅ Spray antiadherente 🔥 Procedimiento:

1.- Batir el polvo Ce Nutre Protein, el huevo, la linaza, la mantequilla, el queso crema y el sobre de splenda.
2.- Añadir agua hasta que forme una consistencia espesa.
3.- Rociar mantequilla o spray antiadherente para cocinar.
4.- Vaciar la mezcla.
5.- Cocinar a fuego bajo hasta que se formen burbujas y voltear el hot cake hasta que esté dorado. ¡Provecho!

Ontem eu falei de chás calmantes, então resolvi trazer esse suchá delicioso, ótimo para quem iniciou o processo de emagrecimento e está com a ansiedade a mil por hora. .

Ingredientes

1 xícara de chá de água
.
1 colher se sobremesa de chá de camomila
.
1 colher de sobremesa de chá de erva-cidreia seca
.
Polpa de 1 maracujá
.
Gelo à gosto.

Modo de preparo
.
Quando a água começar a levantar fervura desliga o fogo e acrescenta as ervas, deixe em infusão por 5 minutos e coe. Bate no liquidificador com outros ingredientes e coe, beba em seguida.

Ingredients
Dough:
1¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
¾ cup almond flour
1 egg
⅛ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
Cinnamon Filling:
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners
Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup Swerve confectioners
1 egg yolk
Glaze:
¼ cup Swerve confectioners
1-2 tablespoons heavy cream
Optional garnish: crushed pecans

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-Dough: Mix the almond flour and cheese. Add the cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and then another 30 seconds.
-Add the egg and salt, combine well.
-Place the dough on the greased piece of parchment paper and pat out with your hands to make a large oval shape
-Make the cinnamon filling by placing the melted butter, swerve and cinnamon in a small bowl and use a fork to combine well. Place this mixture all over the dough
-Cream cheese filling: mix the softened cream cheese, swerve and yolk in a bowl. Mix well to combine. Place this mixture down the middle of the oval, lengthwise, in an oval shape. Leaving 1 ½ inches at the top and the bottom, and leaving 3 inches on each side.
-Cut ¾ inch thick stripes along the dough that doesn’t have any cream cheese filling. Fold the top and bottom end in, on top of the cream cheese filling. Start on one end and fold the right flap over the cream cheese filling, then the left flap, continue folding the flaps over the filling until the whole dough is wrapped.
-Place the danish  in the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
-Meanwhile, make the glaze by placing the swerve in a small bowl, add just enough cream to make a thin glaze. If it gets too thin, add a tablespoon of swerve, and if it is too thick, add a splash of water.
-Once the danish is cool, drizzle glaze over and sprinkle with crushed pecans if desired.

I am doing well w| lowering my carb intake since switching my diet. An amazing friend I met through starting this IG told me about her journey on the keto diet and the benefits (hey girl hey 👋🏾 @atrichytreatment). Two major things she pointed out was eliminating sugars and decreasing my carb intake significantly. This news was triggering in itself because I am a baker so sugar and carbs are in my everyday vocabulary 🍰😬🍪

I did begin to notice my pulling increased when I had high amounts of carbs and/or sugars (which was everyday). Now, I’m watching how much I consume and started a food journal in order to better understand my body 👌🏾📝

My fav day of the week is when I treat myself to something. I do believe in discipline and commitment but I also don’t believe in making myself miserable by depriving myself. I also do not put pressure or beat myself up if I choose to indulge in something. I recognize what I did, address it and move past it. We are our toughest critic and I refuse to dwell in negativity 🙅🏾‍♀️

🍔🐟MiniHamburguesas de merluza sobre crujiente de queso y falso alioli (8 minihamburguesas aprox) 🍔🐟

- 📃📃Ingredientes hamburguesa:
· 350gr de Merluza.
· 1/2 Cebolla.
· 1 Huevo.
· 1 Zanahoria.
· Perejil.
· Ajo en polvo.
· Sal.
· Queso rallado (light o bajo en grasas mejor).
· Orégano.
- -📃📃 Ingredientes para el falso alioli:
·150gr de Queso fresco.
· 1 huevo cocido.
· 1 diente ajo.
· 2 cucharadas de zumo limón.
· 2 cucharadas de leche desnatada/soja.
· Sal al gusto.
- 🙌🙌 Proceso falso alioli:
1. Cocer el huevo en agua hirviendo entre 10-12 minutos.
2.  Una vez cocido, batir junto con el queso fresco, el ajo, las cucharadas de limón, las de leche/soja y la sal al gusto hasta que quede sin grumos.
- 🙌🙌Proceso para el crujiente de queso:
1. Poner un puñadito de queso por hamburguesa en papel vegetal cubierto con un poco de aceite para que no se pegue. (Foto 2).
2. Meter en el horno a unos 200° hasta que se vaya dorando el queso.
3. Una vez dorado, echar orégano y dejar enfriar para que esté crujiente.
- 🙌🙌 Proceso minihamburguesas:
1. Meter en el microondas las merluzas limpias durante 3 minutos.
2. Picar muy fina la cebolla, rallar la zanahoria, escurrir la zanahoria rallada y echarlas en un bol.
3. Desmenuzar muy bien la merluza y añadir al bol.
4. Batir el huevo e incorporarlo a los demás ingredientes junto con el ajo, el perejil y la sal al gusto.
5. Mezclar muy bien, hacer bolitas e ir dándole forma de hamburguesa. (Foto 3)
6. Poner cada minihamburguesa en la sartén a fuego media hasta que estén bien hechas.
7. Colocarlas encima del crujiente de queso, añadir el alioli o ponerlo aparte y...voilá, ¡A comer!

Molho para salada lowcarb com gostinho de rede de FastFood!

Essa quantidade pra mim dura uma semana aprox.. Guardo e um potinho que possa ir ao microondas e mantenho na geladeira. Essa receita, em específico, é o molho favorito do meu marido, foi ele quem disse que lembra bastante o gosto dos molhos usados pelas redes de FastFood.

Direto no pote que vou armazenar misturo 2 colheres generosas de sopa de nata fresca, sal, um tiquinho de urucum (coloral) só pra deixa-lo mais rosado (se não quiser, não faz tanta diferença), nós moscada, orégano, pimenta branca (dos de pacote mesmo, não precisa ralar na hora) e um pouquinho de pimentão picado bem pequeno (uso o vermelho e o verde). As quantidades podem ir variando conforme o seu gosto pessoal. Misturo bem. Para servir, levo ao microondas por 20 segundos (vc pode esquentar em banho maria por aprox. 1 min e meio q tb derrete). Eu costumo usar em várias saladas, mas pode tranquilamente temperar ovos e carnes tb! Fica a dica.

Molho para salada lowcarb com gostinho de rede de FastFood! Essa quantidade pra mim dura uma semana aprox.. Guardo e um potinho que possa ir ao microondas e mantenho na geladeira. Essa receita, em específico, é o molho favorito do meu marido, foi ele quem disse que lembra bastante o gosto dos molhos usados pelas redes de FastFood. Direto no pote que vou armazenar misturo 2 colheres generosas de sopa de nata fresca, sal, um tiquinho de urucum (coloral) só pra deixa-lo mais rosado (se não quiser, não faz tanta diferença), nós moscada, orégano, pimenta branca (dos de pacote mesmo, não precisa ralar na hora) e um pouquinho de pimentão picado bem pequeno (uso o vermelho e o verde). As quantidades podem ir variando conforme o seu gosto pessoal. Misturo bem. Para servir, levo ao microondas por 20 segundos (vc pode esquentar em banho maria por aprox. 1 min e meio q tb derrete). Eu costumo usar em várias saladas, mas pode tranquilamente temperar ovos e carnes tb! PASTA z makreli:
moja Mama bardzo często przyrządzała taką w domu. Zaglądając do @olalalchf ostatnio (swoją drogą kuchci świetne rzeczy, będę z pewnością często do niej wracać 😊 ) natrafiłam na jej pastę mięsną i przypomniałam sobie o maminych wariacjach na temat ryby 😊
Jakąkolwiek wędzoną rybkę (ja akurat mam tutaj makrelę) obieram z ości i skóry, po czym rozdrabniam widelcem. Dodaję majonez, przyprawy, zioła, cebulkę czasami, chili, szczypior, czasem jajko gotowane, posiekane bardzo drobniutko; wszystko w zależności od nastroju. Mieszam dokładnie i gotowe 😊
Czasami też wrzucam wszystko do blendera i uzyskuję wówczas bardzo jednolitą, gładką masę.
