I've been travelling this weekend and am so excited to share with you all my strategies for eating well with IBS and digestive health!

Here in Austin I went to whole foods and got some fresh ingredients for my favourite protein snacks!

When travelling - rent an AirBnB or hotel with kitchen so you can get some fresh food!

I usually make these with cinnamon and vanilla at home, but today's recipe is just three ingredients.

Low FODMAP Good for your Gut Peanut Butter Protein Balls
.
INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
1 small jar of peanut butter
2 scoops protein powder like @sunwarriortribe
.
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together. Shape balls. Put in baking sheet and freeze in feeezer. Then put in plastic bag. Stays good up to one month.

The @monashfodmap app has spaghetti squash as a green item, so it was the perfect addition to help round out this "take whatever you can find in your fridge, put an egg on top, and make it into a skillet" breakfast! 🍳🍴

I am obsessed with @paleorunningmomma 's grain free dough 😍 (it is SO good!), but it's not super low in fodmaps; so, I went searching for an alternative. When nothing I found got me excited, I decided to take her original version and give it a go with some substitutions - and I cannot believe how amazing it turned out! This pizza is truly divine!! Welcome back pizza night!!! 💃 💃

Beach weekend! When you have those really tough days and weeks, things just feel heavy or anxiety and stress seem high, what do you do?

Do you keep pushing through until you burn out or the stress builds and builds? Or can you take some time out?

I tend to overwork myself, life of an entrepreneur I guess, but we all have our crutch. These days I find myself making more time for reflection and space. Giving myself permission to slow down and have this time to do nothing or hang with my family or enjoy quiet time really changes my perspective and keeps me well.
.
It takes more that cutting foods out and diet plans to get your IBS under control and stay well so you can take your life back. And this includes time out!
.
What do you need when it's time for space? A bath? The beach? Share with me below!

Es el bizcocho con plus de proteína que tenéis en el blog. El de hoy lo hice con leche de almendras Almond Breeze Zero y ralladura de limón 😍 .

Ya habeis probado las barritas de @quinua_real ? La tenéis en 5 variedades: normal, de coco, con cacao, con arándanos y con almendra 😋 están endulzadas con sirope de arroz así que los que tenemos malabsorcion de fructosa podemos tomarlas sin problema (evitar la de arándanos 😉). Mis favoritas son la de almendra y la de coco 😍 soy una lover del Coco no puedo remediarlo🙈🙈
Son perfectas para media mañana, llevar en el bolso para una emergencia, para la merienda, para llevárselas al cole.... 💙💙💙 Y para días feos como hoy también 😁 cuando está así el día necesito algo rico para comer y así me alegro un poco🤗
