I bought these shorts for a cruise we went on May 2016. They were pretty snug but fit when I bought them. Of course I had a plan to lose 20 lbs before our cruise but you can just guess how that went 😒 They fit on the cruise (last pic) but as you can see + if you've been on a cruise know you can get pretty fluffy from all the food/alcohol. Fast forward to July 2017. I tried these shorts on right before our beach trip. (Left pictures on side by sides) Knowing they wouldn't fit. Little did I know at the end of the month I would start on this crazy journey and that those shorts would be the one thing to keep showing me how far I've come. The "before" pictures I barely got the shorts up. And I didn't dare even try to button them. Fast forward again to almost 8 weeks into my journey + I thought I'd try them on for the first time since starting. Y'all. I seriously cried when I realized how much my body's changed. Do they completely fit? No. Will they? One day!!! And even though I didn't take a picture- they actually buttoned, just not very comfortably! I also have to comment on "sizing." These shorts are a size 31. I also have a pair of pants in a different brand that are a 31 that fit me just right. Also a huge realization that you can't always depend on numbers!!

Na verdade, todos são sacarose, que é um açúcar de fácil e rápida absorção, que, portanto, não contribui para o controle da saciedade e é metabolizado mais rapidamente, transformando-se em gordura, se não gastarmos as calorias que esse nutriente fornece após a sua ingestão. 
Fazendo uma pesquisa, encontrei essa explicação simples e prática do Consea (Conselho de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional): a principal diferença entre esses açúcares é a quantidade de micronutrientes e eles contêm, ou seja, se o açúcar é mais escuro, mais vitaminas e sais minerais ele tem, e mais perto do estado bruto ele está. A cor branca significa que o açúcar recebeu aditivos químicos no último processo da fabricação, o refinamento, reduzindo, então, os micronutrientes. ⚠️ Mas um fato importante é que, mesmo no açúcar mais escuro, a quantidade desses micronutrientes é pequena, e não queremos suprir as nossas necessidades diárias de micronutrientes a partir do açúcar, não é mesmo? ‼️A sacarose em excesso traz consequências negativas à saúde, como excesso de peso corporal e maior risco de diabetes, doenças cardiovasculares e cáries dentárias.

My plan for today was to try to get to 3.0 but once I got there I knew I had to push through .11 more 🏃🏼‍♀️So glad I did! 👉🏼 1.68 mile walk/cool down back home, which I took my precious time on. Now to keep my distance up + start working on my times.

The cookies from last night finished off the peanut butter (tragic), but I wanted use eeeevery last bit. I used the jar to make overnight oats and the little bit of pb from the jar made them so tasty 😋🥜this is basically the breakfast version of the cookies. -
Base: heaping 1/2 c rolled oats, 1/3 c unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 c full fat plain Greek yogurt
Additions: 1/2 🍌mashed, pumpkin spice, pb, vanilla •

Salted Caramel Chia Pudding Bowl (with pumpkin seeds, hemp blueberries and grain free pumpkin spice granola). *View second and third pic for ingredients 
1/4 frozen banana
1 frozen date pitted, chopped 
1/2 cup organic canned coconut milk (full fat) @traderjoes 
1/3 c Almond milk 
A cap full ofpure vanilla extract @simplyorganicfoods 
Sprinkle of cinnamon
2 ice cubes
Above in bullet @thenutribullet /blender for approximately 30 seconds 
Fold in chia seeds to make pudding or if you don't like the texture, it is similar to tapioca, then just sprinkle Chia seeds on top and eat as a smoothie bowl, it's all good. I placed in fridge and will eat for breakfast in a few hours, the seeds will plump up and create a tapioca pudding type texture. You can also do before you go to bed.
3 tablespoons hemp
2 tbsp sprouted pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon Chia seeds @traderjoes 
2 tbsp no grain pumpkin spice granola (previously posted) I am obsessed with this Granola.
Sprinkle a little sea salt on top to enhance flavors.

Pizza con base de coliflor ---> Tiempo de preparación: 
1h

Ingredientes (para la masa):
-1 coliflor mediana, o media grande.
-1huevo
-una cucharadita de aceite de oliva virgen extra
-una pizca de bicarbonato
-ajo, orégano y sal al gusto

Preparación:

Por la mañanita (para que a la hora de comer tengamos todo listo), cogemos la coliflor, la lavamos y le quitamos las hojas verdes y los troncos gordos.
La partimos en cachitos y la pasamos por un triturador, o la picamos a cuchillo mucho mucho, que quede como cous-cous.

Echamos el cous-cous en un cazo con agua y lo cocemos 15'. La ponemos a escurrir, dejamos que se enfríe, porque el siguiente paso es escurrirla espachurrándola dentro de un paño de cocina limpio, hasta sacarle todo el agua. 
Ahora ya si! Precalentamos el horno a 200º.

Echamos todos los ingredientes de la masa a la batidora y batimos hasta conseguir la masa.

Sobre el papel de horno echamos la masa, cubrimos con otro papel de horno y amasamos hasta dejar una masa uniformemente fina, como de 0,5 cm.

Y al horno durante mas o menos 15' (cuando empieza a dorar), sacamos, damos vuelta a la masa y 10 minutitos más y luego colocamos todos los ingredientes al gusto sobre nuestra masa. Easy, safe, individualized, effective and medically supervised program.
