Crazy day means I deserve a fancy lunch at my desk 😝😝 @earlcanteenmel chicken fancy sandwich pictured. It was ok, the chicken was quite dry. I think I like their pork belly sandwich better but I was 'trying' to be healthy 😁
Work days. I do not have breakfast. SHOCK HORROR!
This is my lunch: Chicken breast, leftover fried onions, raw courgette and a tomato.
I'm not a great believer in breakfast being the most important meal of the day. Overall calorie intake is most important for weight loss.
No breakfast is not for everyone, just personally I find I can manage without it. Most days I can manage on a cup of tea and some diluted squash to see me through til lunch then I'll have a bigger evening meal.
The reason for this is purely because I am a greeeeedy person with food. I find once I have had something to eat, I'll want more annnd more annnd more. Which makes calorie restricting difficult. Especially when your work has a snack table where there is ALWAYS tempting treats.
