Getting in a bit of a #legday early this week. I would much rather get under a lighter load and move with variety than ramp up the weight where it's more important to adhere to strict form. Only 60kgs on my back so I can play with tempo and depth before moving on to the split #squats and reverse #lunges.

It's Monday Y'all! I'm still stupid sore but it wasn't stopping me today! I wanted to improve my performance. I've been trying to each day but that fear sets in that I'm going re-injure my shoulder and I back off a bit. Not today. There's a difference between getting uncomfortable and being too risky. Deep breath and gooooo! I just went for it, trusted my instincts and my education and proved to myself I can! Man it felt good!

Cardio morning blast! After a long, fun weekend of mainly play and slacking hard core on my nutrition I decided to amp it up this Monday morning with some High Intensity Interval Training! Curtesy of @whitneyysimmons 😘 ~ 5 sets of 5 sprints; 30 seconds on with a 30 second rest 
Followed with 200 walking lunges on a 16 incline going at a 1.2 pace. I typically do 4 sets of 50 with 1 minute breaks between each. 
Next was a HIIT session of 12 minutes on the stair master. I felt the burn today y’all! 
Lastly, was a little calf work. Finally made it to 260 lbs! Hard work pays off! 👊🏼 #sweateveryday #cardio #hiit #hiitworkouts #lunges #bootywork #workthembuns #cardioblast #legwork #sweatisthenewglow #workforit #progressnotperfection #progress #chasingdreams #reachinggoals #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitwomen
