Did 10 sets of 3 with 315 on squats (vid not shown) got burnt haha. followed by 3 sets of 8 with 275 on some snatch grip deadlifts for some touch n go’s beltless. Very challenging and fun @tuffandtiny
If you are looking to switch it up a little for shoulders you gotta give these a try make sure to control the weight the whole time so you keep constant tension on the muscle, peep my face at the end too😂

215lbs in squats today! I’ve been trying for a couple weeks now and I finally did it! Not being able too hit it the last couple times made we want it so much more! Thankful for @taante for always pushing me!
Seated Cable Flyes (4x20)
Lean slightly forward when doing these and control the eccentric portion of the exercise for a nice stretch in your pecs 🔥

Motivation Monday for myself since I’ve been sick for 2 weeks lost 6 Lbs even when eating nearly 3500 cals a day 😅. First day back trying to make improvements on this baby pigeon chest. Think I was 165 Lbs here now sitting at 185. Have about 2 months left to grow.

Coachella is in less then 12 weeks! 😱 starting #operationCoachellabod weighing 125 🤓 interval sprints have actually helped me change up my routine. I used to HATE running but I found 30 seconds at 10 mph on incline of 1.0% paired w/ 30 seconds jumping off, chilling on the sides of the treadmill trying to catch my breath... really isn't ALL too bad. 😅Then before you know it you get addicted to sprinting before every work out 🙌🏼 doesn't even have to be for all too long either. Warm up 3 minutes HIIT sprints for 6-8 then cool down 🏃🏽♀️don't forget to stretch though! 💕
