Post 45 minute run through the woods with my little beast. I realize that it's dark out and my mace is pitch black so this video looks like I'm just a crazy guy doing interpretive dancing in his back yard, but if you watch closely you can catch glimpses of it. I'll try to film this flow again when it isn't this dark.
⚒45lb/20kg Steel Club & Neurogrips⚒x10 Strict Neurogrips Push-ups (feet on bell handle) superset with x20 Gamma Casts Alternating all done as 1 set for 10 sets (same reps on all each set, switch top hand every set for Gamma Casts). Prior, hit a burner of more 45lb/20kg steel club x20 Gamma Casts Alternating as 1 set for 10 sets (same reps each set, switch top hand each set). After, hit 124lb/56kg bell Turkish Get Ups each side done back to back as 1 set for 10 sets. Ended with 2 burners - 1) more strict Neurogrips push-ups (feet on ground) 10x10, 2) more 45lb/20kg steel club x20 Gamma Casts Alternating done as 1 set for 10 sets (same reps each set, switch top hand each set - x600 total reps today). ⚫️⚒Snap City⚒⚫️
