Ya know .... comparison really is the killer of all happiness and high hopes of your dreams and goals 😕 .... Have you ever been on cloud nine with your progress, outlook on life and attitude??? ...... then all the sudden you will see someone you haven't seen in a while and they look soooooo good and so thin! ...... or you scroll through IG comparing yourself to everyone's highlights 💪🏼❤️👌🏼..... and it makes you question everything you are doing? It makes you question your macros, the ratio of your macros even, your knowledge in nutrition, your workouts, your daily regimen?? .... You think, "that's it!"-- I am going to up my cardio and decrease my macros!!! 🙇🏼♀️ ....DONT DO IT! I am guilty of comparing myself to others too!!! I let thoughts of not being good enough, pretty enough, not lean enough, not strong enough .... get to me this morning! I quickly had to remind myself (and with the help of my cute hubby💏) THAT I AM ENOUGH! That someone else's progress or way of living does not have to decrease my level of self worth, progress and happiness! This is the toughest thing for me to master --->[Comparison]<--- So please don't do it! Let's NOT compare together 👭.... Good day for an easy late lunch. Nothing special, but if you're counting macros: Liquid egg 3/4 cup, 1 cup chopped baby spinach, 1/4 cup reduced fat Colby Jack, and one piece Healthy Life low-carb bread. 30P, 6F, 16C.
Since I train in the mornings, I consume most of my carbs by noon, so I've discovered products that help me stay on track in the afternoons and evenings, like the low-carb bread and reduced or no-fat cheese. Of course you could use egg whites instead of liquid egg, but I prefer the taste and consistency of the latter.
