“Butternut squash soup”
Squash and pumpkins are everywhere now! This soup is good for anytime,breakfast,lunch,dinner....and makes you happy anytime!
Butter...1tbsp(Olive oil works too)
Black pepper....if you want
How to cook:
1.Cut the butternut squash.Skin it carefully,slice it,and boil it for about 10mins.
2.Put them in a juicer to make it purée.
3.Combine the squash purée,milk and butter in a soup pan,then warm it up.(if you want to use olive oil instead of butter,add it at the step 5....olive oil flavor is easy to lose when you heat it up)
4.Add salt and bouillon powder.
5.Pour the soup and add black pepper.
