I tend to not like to use the word “foodie” I’m not trying to be a stinker or that I’m above it. I just feel it’s over used like so many other buzz words out there. (Promise, I’m not judging at all, I’m a habitual user myself) I think a foodie is so much more than dining at the latest and greatest. It’s more than food porn or the latest food crush. For me it’s a great love of ingredients and how they are married. Whether they’re fast food, or organic and scratch-made, it’s an appreciation of how the author, cook, chef has interpreted the set of ingredients.
Yesterday was what that was all about. Starting right at the top with @sassyconfetti @thetipsyhousewife @thechicagogoodlife thank you for such a great event!! #thetipsysassygoodlife#idipyoudipwedip event was an amazing way to spend an afternoon! Seriously, there we so many delicious, creative dips and I can not wait to get my hands on the recipes! A big congrats to @marymangia 🥇 and @katie_carrico 🥈!! 🎉🎉🎉 As for me, 3rd place for the deliciously decadent Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Dip@is not a bad way to spend a Sunday afternoon!! Married two of favorite dips and tweaked here and there also just any excuse to use my baby @lodgecastiron skillet it’s so dang cute! Thanks @solocup and @crzybtflwines for the fab #swagbag winning loot! BTW!! Check out my story for some of my faves!! 😍
I took an old light table and put a piece of 1/8 steel that was a press truck on top for a art welding station. Pieces go in the bottom in containers. I finally got the chance to put wheels on it Friday before work. SMAW the axles to 1/4 plate and that to an old Miller cart with 6010. FCAW the 3 pieces together. #harborfreight wheels #welder#welded#madeitmyown#different
