How to stretch our pizza! Part 1 of 3
We have made a series of tutorial video to help you making the dough, how to stretch it, and to bake it. Here we shortly show some parts. But if you buy our recipe book (at the price of one pizza slice) you will have access to all this tutorials and be able to make the perfect pizza :)

My glutenfree vegan lunch at a Columbian food stall on Copenhagen's famous food street. It was superbly tasty...rice with seeds, red kidney beans, salad with an orange juice dressing and plantain crackers served with spicy salsa and fresh guacamole. The stall is called La Tienda DK.
And after we had eaten disco4 another vegetarian and vegan friendly Italian stall called Madenitaly..... Vegans are everywhere yayyyyyyyy
With the student days at @copenhagenstreetfood we started thinking how a typical studen might eat. Busy schedule many times leads to a typical spaghetti n ketchup kind of deal with some mozzarella on top (not always but it happens). Well if you come by @madenitalydk we will give you a variation of that. Tomatoes and mozzarella will be included, but in the highest quality, prepared with extra care and passion served on top of our signature dough. You can think of it as coming home to your mum for a moment.
Sooooo apparently bubbles are a thing in Italy? Curious how we would compare to the bubble pizza masters in Rome! I think we are doing pretty good. In case you didn't know, long dough proving and slow processing creates air bubbles in the dough making it lighter and fluffier!
When you first look at our pizza master Clemente you cant think hmmmmmm who is this macho guy? But there are only few people who have so much sensitivity and understanding when preparing food as him... and that is the most important thing. Good heart translates to great pizza! 🍕🇮🇹 Come say hi and see for yourself!

The base of the many common pizzas is tomato sauce and cheese, like Margherita. Then you can start to build many more elaborate variations from it. The key are the ingredients. They dictate the quality and complexity of flavour. ALWAYS use the best!
Longest day of the year requires a looot of pizza prepared! Although the big party celebrating Skt. Hans is on Tuesday 23rd (make sure to come by!) the weather is too good not to be celebrated just because!
