As if it wasn’t enough to be alone for two weeks with an imunosuppressed but active one year old, the isolation is now complete with a sort of magsjuka is the house and piss rain outside. Cooking is sort of pointless at the moment, which is why I am amazed by my own genius (?) for doing this instead. Can anyone guess what it is? Looking forward till tomorrow and to see how this will turn out.

Leave potatoes in cold water and bring up to boil - no salt. Depending on the size leave them in for about 10-15 minutes. Cut into wedges while still warm and put back in the pot (without water now of course). Get some #rapeseedoil , your fave spices and #cornflour or breadcrumbs in there. I think herbs or grated parmesan or chopped bacon would be nice as well either at this point or when done. Toss and get them on an #oventray with a #bakingsheet under. High heat for 20 min depending on your oven so keep a look at them and let steam out twice. AND Yaaaas!! How do you make yours? Need all advice I can get!
