Perfection. What does that mean to you? Perfection is a funny word. A pure and glorious trait that is not ours yet. Why so many strive for it, falsely project it and pretend to live it is beyyyyyyond me. In this world, perfection means a continuous, anxiety-ridden series of goals in hopes of achieving an impossible concept. Therefore, the way I live "perfectly" is actually beautifully and simply imperfect and flawed. Life is MUCH less stressful that way.
Kids have wrinkles in their clothes? Breathe. That's ok.
Late to a lunch date again? Your friend will live. She loves you, remember.
Don't pay your bills weeks in advance? No sweat.
Have gray hairs? (gasp!) Life will go on.
Don't always say the right thing? Surround yourself with those that won't care.
Don't always have it together as a parent or wife? Look to friends that will build you up and not pass judgement.
Trying something new and it doesn't go quite right? Try, try again. Don't give up.
See how much fun imperfection can be, as we wait on our Maker? Join me. Chill. Out.
Happy Monday! It is happy. I found this pic on my phone this morning. My son was clearly playing with my phone and taking selfies. And perhaps role playing as an angry dragon? Wanted to share to give you all something to smile about this fine Monday where if you are getting up early for work you are blessed cuz you have a job! And you're not making a stank face like this one here because you have a livelihood. #happymonday#smile#makeitgreat#havingchildrenisawesome#findgiftseveryday#snarlface#stankface#love 💕💕💕😍
Good morning amazing peeps! It's a beautiful day. It's going to be an amazing week.
See it. Feel it. Create it. The Universe wants you to have it and will pull out all the stops to give it to you.
You just have to really desire it, believe you can have it and allow yourself to receive it.
