Now there's nothing wrong that, the occasional Netflix and coffee binge can be therapeutic, but it shouldn't be dictated by the way the weather makes you feel!

Started round 2 of my new program -- back to 35 minute workouts. I wouldn't say it felt easy, but I could tell the difference with 10 fewer minutes compared to last week. I'm always amazed at how our bodies adapt!
Today, I am feeling a little guilty for taking this time for myself. I KNOW it helps me be more patient with my kids, which I definitely need, but I still fight with myself.
MOMS, are you with me on this? It's hard to make/take time for ourselves and be at peace with it, isn't it?

I was so scared of this workout today. Whole week, really 😅Today starts the 3rd week of #ShiftShop and now it's gotten serious. The workouts are not getting easier and the time keeps going up!! I barely have time for 30 min workouts, so I guess I'm spoiled! But I was able to make time for it today, so I know I can do it! I'm just thankful that I don't have to drive anywhere to get it done.
