⚜️Venus enters Aquarius ⚜️
Love your friends and friend your lovers. Venus, the divine feminine planet of love and beauty just entered the stars of Aquarius. Following a very intense New Moon, this transit is a softening to the fierce structure formed by Capricorn. Venus in Aquarius brings us the energy of sisterhood. It’s a time to remember who your friends are and why you love them. It’s also a time to see things from a different perspective in all of your relationships.
Aquarius encourages us to put humanity first, to take our self out of the picture and see the world as objectively as possible. She values freedom and individuality, but is fiercely loyal. When Venus’s energy meets her stars we begin to see issues in friendships and relationships from our heart and with love and compassion instead of judgement. We take us and our ego out of the picture and begin to see things from a different angle. It’s a great time to put yourself in someone’s shoes and try on a new point of view.

I take full responsibility for this morning‘s brief but intense rain squall. Not more than a hour before this I had been bragging to our new cycling friend from Holland that we haven’t been caught out cycling in the rain in ages. That’ll teach me.
I have already got your Monday started😃. Yum, yum, yummy!!!😋. My all time favorite Mexican Chicken soup🍲. Add some lightly salted tortilla chips on the side of this dish, and you are up for a treat! 😋

Brain Dump - anyone do them?
They make a huge difference to my productivity.
On a Sunday I sit and write down everything that needs doing next week.
From clients work, my own work to personal stuff too.
Then I break it down to importance and then write down what will get done on which days.
THIS right here is a game changer. Try it and let me know below how you got on.
Who doesn’t love a hot bath. Gives me chance to relax, reflect and unwind. 1st week down and it feels good. Some of my thoughts have already become things. The power of positivity is endless. My journey has only just begun but I am excited for a new day everyday. It takes me a step closer to realising my own potential. Everybody is capable of changing their lives for the better, it all depends on how much you want it. Life can become a circle, repeating itself, things never seeming to fall how they should. That’s because you need to break the circle to be able to take charge of your future. Nobody can change what’s happened today, it’s already gone, nobody can change yesterday but tomorrow, tomorrow is a new day and anything is possible. Start small but think big. The small changes make the big changes happen. Really see the things you want to happen. Before I go to sleep every night, I see myself in that job, driving that car, living in that house, being in those incredible places around the world. I envision it all because if you feel it, dream it, want it, and see it, then it becomes real inside and you are what you feel. The morning after. After our epic 10km walk yesterday with those ridiculous mountains I decided to get back up this morning and go again. I found the flattest area ever where there was no soft sand and no sign of a mountain, hill or even a spoon drain that I would have to tackle. The first km was sloooow. I walked with my hubby, who is new to exercise, to the local pool for him to do a few laps, also very new to him, and then I took off for a normal paced 2 kms while he did that and then another slloooow walk back home for the last km. Was nice being out though. I’m getting used to waking up earlier and doing something. I need to get some ankle supports though. And any suggestions for support for a torn meniscus that would be good too. I’m suddenly starting to feel my age. I’m not impressed. When did that happen!? ~Shannon~
8/80 What? The rest day is over?😫 I put on my Believe2Achieve mindset and pressed play▶️. It felt so good 💪I feel stronger already! Getting the hang of the bands - is a short yellow more resistance than long green, 🤓etc? I’ll be getting heavier weights this week. Always want to be working at my limit/potential 💦because I want results!💥
