My life is full of purpose and meaning because I get to get up every morning and be in service to others...literally! I am blessed and grateful to be part of my patients health journey’s. Every now and then, we may experience "one of those days" where everything seems to work against us, and we find ourselves in a lower mood. And that's so normal. The beauty of life is that no matter our external backdrop, we can choose to press the reset button within. By breathing. Relaxing. Moving our bodies. Letting go. Having fun. Our minds are constantly in motion, and we can learn to observe our thoughts and feelings without internalizing them or interfering with them more than we need to. Thoughts naturally come and go, so why hold on to them? Yes, there are times when we've got to work through certain thoughts and feelings to release them and move forward but even then, we have to ultimately make a choice to release and allow new thought and emotion to flow in. Remember, whatever you feel is not your (permanent) reality. Go about your day. Do something enjoyable. Chill out. Find something good in your not so good day. Identify what you may have learned. Exhale the challenges of the day. Call it a day...call it a night. And love yourself for the wonderful human being that you are. The shadow will soon pass and sunshine and clarity will pour in!

A veces la vida nos pone a prueba, nos plantea situaciones que superan nuestras capacidades: una enfermedad, una ruptura de pareja particularmente dolorosa, la muerte de un ser querido, el fracaso de un sueño largamente anhelado, problemas económicos… Existen diferentes circunstancias que nos pueden llevar al límite y hacer que nos cuestionemos si tenemos la fuerza y la voluntad necesarias para continuar adelante. Today is a milestone for Ramtin and I in our intention to step more fully into our purpose as teachers on this planet, and we are so grateful to you for being with us for the beginning stages of our journey! We are blessed to have amazing students and to have shared space with you (in person or online) in our collective efforts to raise the consciousness of ourselves and of the planet.⠀
The purpose of our podcast is to help share the wisdom behind the practice of Kundalini Yoga, and to teach ways to bring the practice into the moments of life that are not spent in the studio.⠀
We are not intending to replace in-person classes, but to supplement it by sharing the wisdom and teachings that underly the practice, and provide a way to stay connected to the teachings and one another outside of the yoga studio.⠀
Each podcast includes a discussion of a Kundalini Yoga related topic, as well as a 3 minute pranayam practice and a downloadable document that can support your practice outside of the yoga studio.
