This Flurry has bone broth protein, l-glutamine amino’s for my muscle tissue, & my immune system & metabolism maintenance, mixed with my fruits, strawberries, mangos, peaches, all good fiber & Vitamin C & A all blended in a frozen furry with Almond milk & ice cubes. Cara's easy fast gourmet raw vegan TABOULI is so good for you 😍😍😍 Quinoa is a high protein source and it doesn't have to be cooked- just soaked / sprouted. Cucumbers are really healing and cleansing for the kidneys.
1 cup sprouted raw Quinoa (simply soak for a day or two)
1 Tomato, finely chopped
3/4 cup chopped cucumber
1 or 2 green onion/scallions, chopped
1 cup Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup Mint, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
3 slices minced Ginger
1-2 cloves minced Garlic
1/2 minced jabanero or Serrano pepper
1/3 cup Lime or Lemon Juice
1/3 cup olive oil
Sea Salt and black pepper
Mix everything in a bowl, top with avocado cubes, fresh dill, coriander, cumin, dab of hummus.

Cara's delicious raw vegan & gluten free fruit crepe 😋🍓😋 Crepe
1 cup tightly packed coconut meat
3/4 cup coconut water
1 tsp. sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
Add all ingredients to blender and blend till very smooth. Pour onto dehydrator sheet and spread to a thin, even circle with offset spatula. Dehydrate for about an hour, then check if crepe is ready to flip by gently pulling up a corner. If there is batter left on the dehydrator sheet it is not ready to flip and you should return crepe to dehydrator for another 40 minutes or so.
When top is dry and ready, place another dehydrator shelf with mesh over the sheet with the crepe. Gently flip upside down so crepe is now on top. peel dehydrator paper from crepe and put in dehydrator for another 20 to 30 minutes or until all batter has dried but crepe is still pliable.
Lay out on a plate, add fruit or cream or both inside and roll or flip one side over. Add a little cream on the side and serve.
Healthy Vegan Creme
1 cup cashews or any nut
1/2 cup water
1 TableSpoon Maple Syrup
Blend in blender until smooth
