#tbt to Sandy Point Bird Sanctuary back in our July shoot. Along with the adjacent Painter Park, this Sanctuary covers over 60 acres of barrier beach, tidal creek, marshland and mudflats; providing excellent habitat for waterbirds. Located in West Haven, Sandy Point is some of the most important beach habitat in the state of Connecticut for a wide array of birds such as piping plovers, least terns and common terns.

Commission Christmas painting will be done by Christmas! Conroy painting 36 x 36. The #atmospheric element came out on a foggy morning in the grassy #marshlands Shall I put an #egret in the marshy glass is the the question I am asking myself, maybe just a dot of a bird somewhere for sure.
