@viticultural Rating: 4/5
Global Rating: 3.5/5
On the nose impression: cherry, vanilla, and hints of tobacco
Tasting impressions: I really enjoyed drinking this wine not only because I absolutely love Italian wines, but also because I found it to have a light fruity taste with a long and pleasant finish. This is a dry, medium bodied wine with soft tannins and high in acidity. This is a type of wine that would be appreciated by all palates. It's vibrant complexity allows it to pair well with a variety of foods and cheeses including the nacho and salsa I had it with last night.
Food Pairing: Steak, lamb, chicken, flavorful hard cheeses, pizza, and pastas.
Would I buy again/recommend? Absolutely!
