I had my appointment at the vet yesterday and have two good and one very bad news 🙊 The good ones: I am feeling much better. I had two blockades on my back, but the physiotherapist was able to release them. And she showed daddy how to massage me at home 🤤 The bad news: I’m not allowed to play with my ball for the next three days to give my back some rest 😢

I have to say, I get to work in a pretty spectacular space- but what a difference it makes to have nature inside with you! Our intimate little clinic is full to the brim with plants and flowers. Anyone that has been in to visit will appreciate the joy of fanning past the bird of paradise and giant peace lilly only to be met with flowing strands of pothos. These beautiful plants fill our space with life and serene beauty. And just to make them that little bit more spesh, proteas represent courage, diversity and transformation. Inner work can be a meditation practice, yoga practice, enlightened/evolved studies, or simply how you consciously and attentively observe your everyday thoughts, feelings, and behaviors/actions, etc.

Where is there room for improvement?
Where should you be applauding yourself for your inner work? 👏
Have any of your core beliefs changed? If so, how are you going to incorporate these changed beliefs into the inner work you want to continue in 2018?
And check in: What do you value today? Why? How can you better implement these values into your everyday life in 2018?
