Alright you guys, I'm trying something new for the next few days. I'm going to be incorporating the timed nutrition plan from 80 Day Obsession into my day, but I'll still be doing Body Beast workouts and logging all of my calories. My first meal of the day (aka pre-workout meal) is:

💛 Whole wheat wrap

Banana. ❤️💚💛💜 🥄Boiled Eggs with mustard. Carrots. Whole grain waffle with PB. Strawberries. ❤️💚💛 Leftovers. Ground turkey. Tomatoes. Quinoa. ❤️💚💛 Chicken sausage. Peppers. 🇬🇧 How to properly use your leftovers and avoid waste in cooking?
Make a good soup for example!

Any interpretation is possible according to what you have ... Here is what you have in the photo:
Take the remains of a roasted chicken (carcass, skin, ..), the remains of some leeks (top and bottom) and put a large onion in a pot
Add water, salt, pepper and chive
Simmer 20-30 minutes until all flavors are present in your broth.
Remove carcass and vegetables, pass vegetables to through a sieve and keep only the juice
Cook carrots (quantity according to taste) in your broth then add buckwheat (or noodles, rice, etc ...) Taste and correct the seasoning if necessary
Serve with grilled bread or croutons!

Faire une bonne soupe par exemple !

Tout interprétation est possible en fonction de ce que vous avez... Voici ce que vous avez sur la photo : 
Prendre les restes d'un poulet rôti (carcasse, peau,..), les restes de quelques poireaux (tête et pied)  et mettre un gros oignon dans une marmite 
Mettre de l'eau à niveau, saler, poivrer et ajouter de la ciboulette 
Faire mijoter 20-30 minutes jusqu'à ce que toutes les saveurs soient bien présentes dans votre bouillon. 
Enlever la carcasse et les légumes, passer les légumes au chinois et ne garder que le jus 
Faire cuire des carottes (quantité selon les goûts) dans votre bouillon puis ajouter du sarrasin (ou des nouilles, du riz, etc...) Goûter et corriger l'assaisonnement si nécessaire 
Servir avec du pain grille 🥖 ou des croûtons!

1. За кадром причина посылки: 7 пачек сахзама, так дешевле. 
2. 3 пачки карамелек без сахара, я не могу без конфеток в автобусе, просто вырубает иначе
3. Соусы шоколадные и ванильный, баловство. Кетчупы ещё нетронутые с того раза остались. Медленно ем.
4. Баночка арахисовой пасты с какао и стевией, на 1ое февраля надеюсь заслуженно схомячу))))
5. Батончики #bombar Жаль мне не платят за рекламу. Лучшие вкусы: кокос, арахис, фундук, кешью и бисквит. Остальные считаю не очень.
6. Новый #questbar со вкусом #birthdaycake 
ОФИГЕННЫЙ! Я не фанат квестов, но этот вкус покорил мое сердце. Жаль их нет на iherb((((

So you better believe this big stack of French toast is topped with the real thing (and real maple syrup too). Each slice of toast is 80 calories, so I had 4. 🐷 I used 60 calorie sourdough bread (Francisco International brand), 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk, and a splash of vanilla. There was enough batter for 5 slices of bread, but I thought 4 was plenty. 🥞

The reason why I don't post much food pictures is because it doesn't look good! 😂 That's why I'm more active on my Instastories so you can see more of my meals there... This pasta salad is so yummy! I got the idea from my friend and still do it. 🤗 Hope you enjoy! .

- Whole wheat pasta (pasta integral)
- Lamb's lettuce and I'm not sure if that's the correct name for the salad base 😂 (brotes de canónigos in Spanish lol)
- Mushrooms (champiñones)
- Goat cheese (queso de cabra)
- Honey (miel)
- Balsamic vinegar (vinagre balsámico)
- Optionally: you can add chicken, or other vegetarian or vegan sources! 
1. Cook pasta al dente. (Also the source of protein if using.)
2. Cook mushrooms in pan with evoo. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Put on a plate the pasta, lettuce, mushrooms and (protein if used).
4. Cook goat cheese on the same pan until a bit melted. Add it on top of the salad.
5. Finish it with a bit of honey and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy 💕 .

Dieting is simple but not easy. To lose weight or fat, you need to be in a caloric deficit and since I’m doing a mini cut I’ll be eating less than my maintenance calories. I don’t specifically count my calories or macros but keep track of my portion sizes and adjust those as needed. I get my nutrition plan from my friend & coach @greek_spartan and he has been helping me with finding a healthy balance with food post competition 🙏🏼.
So this is how I will be eating this week 👆🏼. I went off track this weekend but now I’m ready to get back to business. I’ve always had a hard time dieting but I think not giving up and not having the mentality of “oh I already messed up I might as well eat this whole pizza, bag of chips, all the cookies and a tub of icecream.” helps immensely w/ progressing 😂. My biggest tips to successfully sticking to a plan is finding a nutrition plan that you can follow & suits your lifestyle (idc if it’s vegan, keto, paleo, iifym, high carb etc) and b) eat foods that you actually like. Because if you hate the foods that your eating, there is no way your sticking to it long term. 
So I’m shaking off this weekends mishaps and going to practice being more disciplined and stick to my plan this week ⚡️. Wish me luck! 😆

Lunch: Gardein sweet & tangy barbecue wings, broccoli, and baby carrots Dinner: the second half of my Gardein bbq wings Snack: So Delicious cashew milk icecream salted caramel cluster I used today to catch up on a sizeable sleep debt and immediately went to bed after getting home from work. Lately I’ve been stressing a bit over my meals 😓 making sure I hit (or get close to) my macros & thinking about planning my meals out. ➡️ My solution: decrease my meal variability, AKA be a repeat meal offender & take a lot of thought effort out of the meals. Вот и все на сегодня! Итак, сегодня я провел отличную тренировку грудных и трицепса, чувствую, что завтра грудь будет болеть💪🏋
Сегодня был разгрузочный день после зпгрузочного дня (12000  калорий🍔🍟🍫🍿🍩😂), поэтому сегодня целенаправленно питался преимущественно белковой пишей. Итак, калоррии на сегодня:

1206 = Б 181/У 28/Ж 34. 
Завтра, как и обещал, увеличиваю калорийность рациона (разумеется с учетом предстоящих 10000 калорий на воскресенье😏😎🏅💪) и начну набирать вес! Планирую дойти до 85кг, а там уже посмотрим.
