Finishing the night off with another @noshufoods donut 😍It's so weird that my ENTIRE life I've absolutely hated donuts with a passion, but for some reason I cannot get enough of these delicious treats (which are filled with natural ingredients)! My favourite flavour is the banana- coconut one (pictured) and it makes for a great morning/ afternoon/ night snack with a cuppa 🍩☕️#donuts

My FISH PIE RECIPE 🐟 with Parmesan and rye topping. .

In a big pan, on a low heat melt 2tbsp of butter (or I use lurpak lighter), add in 2tbsp plain flour and mix quickly to try and not get any lumps - slowly add 200ml of milk. Then add a pint of fish stock (1 stock cube). Keep stirring until you make a thick white sauce. Add black pepper and handful of fresh slices basil leaves. Add 700-800g of fish you like (I used 700g fish pie mix and 100g king prawns.) Slow cook on a low heat until the fish has cooked through. .
Lightly toast 3 slices of rye bread and leave on the side to cool and dry out. Blend the toast with 100g parmesan, until rough. put the fish pie mix into a shallow baking dish. Cover the top of the fish mixture with the rye and parmesan crust. Bake at 180 degrees until the topping is golden and the pie is bubbling (around 30minutes)

Serve with peas and wilted spinach 🍃. .

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
🔅30 г молотых семян льна или семена чиа (или их смесь)
🔅350 г киноа
🔅70 мл растопленного кокосового масла
🔅½ чайной ложки соды
🔅1 чайная ложка соли
🔅Сок ½ лимона
🔅10 г семян кунжута
🔅горсть семян подсолнечника для обсыпки
🔅травы и специи на ваш вкус
ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ
1. В идеале накануне вечером киноа следует замочит в воде комнатной температуры, добавив сок лимона и оставить на всю ночь;
2. Залейте молотые семена льна или чиа 100 мл воды, хорошо перемешайте и оставьте на 15 мин;
3. Поместите киноа в кастрюлю, покрыв в три раза большим количеством холодной воды, доведите до кипения и кипятить на медленном огне в течение еще 3-х минут; киноа должно получится лишь полу-готовое; слейте воду через сито и промойте киноа под холодной водой до полного охлаждения; оставьте киноа в сите еще на несколько минут, чтобы слить остатки воды - это важно, чтобы хлеб не получился слишком влажным, иначе его придется выпекать еще дольше положенного;
4. Поместите гель из семян и киноа в кухонный процессор и немного измельчите смесь; затем добавьте 150 мл воды , масло, соду, соль и лимонный сок и тщательно измельчайте тесто в течении примерно пяти минут
5. Переместите тесто в форму для хлеба, посыпьте сверху семенами подсолнечника и запекайте в духовке в течение 1.5 часа (может быть и меньше – в зависимости от того, насколько хорошо вам удастся слить воду после варки киноа вначале) – хлеб должен стать твердым внутри и золотистого цвета сверху;
6. Достаньте хлеб из духовки и дайте ему полностью остыть прежде чем доставать его из формы и разрезать;
7. Остатки храните в холодильнике, обернув в бумагу или пищевую пленку;
8. Хлеб очень вкусный как и таком виде, так и подсушенный в виде тостов;

The cubed tofu is tossed with five spice powder and stir fried until golden in a hot wok. Stir fry some garlic and then add chopped Bok Choy and mushrooms. Add the sauce (veggie broth, veggie oyster sauce, Tamari, coconut sugar and water) and tofu. Stir. Simmer and let sauce thicken. I whisked in egg whites to make the sauce creamy. Serve with rice and more veggies! Or you can serve it over Chinese Egg Noodles. 🙃

Egg fast day 4 - ☑️☑️☑️
Had my usual BPC at work because it's easy to blend all up there and keeps me full. Then I tried to make the egg fast waffle of just egg & mayo but it fluffed up so much it opened my waffle maker!!! It was tasty enough but to be honest not worth the effort of pulling out the waffle maker because it didn't really get firm it was just like a sort of version of the pancake thing I made a few days ago. Then once I ate it, I was still hungry so I checked my blood (totally forgot to do before making the waffle) and had a delicious 3 egg omelet with sharp cheddar - noms!!! Done day 4 and I will weigh tomorrow morning and see what we are working with! Tmw is day 5 and I'm semi excited to introduce regular keto meals but I will still keep my BPC this way Mon-Fri to keep it simple and those ketones burning! Also - I added my macros, egg tracker AND calories since someone said of course I would be losing when severely restricting calories... 🙄🙄 Notice I put it LAST in the photos because it's honestly not important but I just so happened to be 22 under my goal and honestly if I was hungry I would have ate more.... I deleted the thread because we don't need a negative vibe and if something works for you just do it!! No need to let other people play a  negative role in your day! ✌🏻🍳

*Baked Spaghetti squash with olive oil, nutritional yeast and @daiyafoods shredded cheese
*Sauerkraut mixed with shredded apple
*cucumber, avocado and kidney beans
*Also gave him a piece of falafel and some berries after the meal

He ate pretty much everything! He absolutely loved the spaghetti squash and of course as always the sauerkraut. Adding sweet apples to sauerkraut gave it a very interesting sweet and salty flavor combination, in my opinion it was delicious! *

Ingredients for the chicken turmeric for 4 to 5 servings.

1 kg chicken mince
2 tbs red curry sauce
1 tbs turmeric powder
2 tsp honey
3 tsp tamari sauce/ thai fish sauce
1-2 tsp salt & peppers ( add more per your taste)

I serves with brown rice/quinoa, capsicum, kale and red cabbages. Make sure you store then separately to keep them fresh.

This is my go-to prep when I don't have time or trying to cheap up on food!

I have protein chocolate chip pancakes & yogurt parfaits for my breakfast options, turkey meatballs with mashed cauliflower and zoodles for lunch, and pineapple chicken bowls for dinner 😋 My snacks will consist of veggies/dip, protein shakes/bars, and some berries/mixed nuts.
