Pork loin, rice, & peppers for meal prep this week! I just made the pork in the oven, sautéed the peppers, and steamed the rice. Threw it all together! 1) it's SO easy to make for the whole week 🙌🏼 2) it's cheap ($1.95 a day!) 😍 3) because I love food and this gives me a lot of it 🤤

Irony of ironies, Meds is now on a sweet potato, chicken, and green diet (kind of).
For a while, he's been having some skin problems on his paws, and yesterday we found out that it's because he has some allergies. They're mostly environmental allergens like grass and trees, but some of them are dietary, including some ingredients in his regular food.
So while we work on finding a dog food suited to his needs, this spoiled pup is getting a few days of hand-prepped, specially tailored raw meat and veggie meals!

It's a lot of work, so kudos to anyone who does this regularly! I don't even put this much effort into my own meals!

Yesterday, I worked up to a 155 lb deadlift (for 6 reps) and left feeling goooood and like I could do more 😈 I took a 2 month hiatus earlier this year and slowly worked my way back up to my heavy lifting. Special thanks to my trainer @cosmickev012 for helping me get there (and always pushing me to strive for more 😱💪🏻). To my ladies out there, put your misconceptions about the gym and lifting behind you and pick up the weights!!! Not only will they help you develop muscles, burn calories, and lose weight, but they'll leave you feeling so strong (inside AND out), you may not even recognize yourself in the mirror anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️😏 #deadlift #strongnotskinny #legday

Why some people eat so much? .
Why some people with similar activities are always hungry while others can feel comfortable with only 3 meals a day? .
While researching about this I came to the conclusion that the people that are eating too much are usually the people who are eating not as healthy and nutritious like the ones who eat less. .
And it makes totally sense. If you feed your body the kind of food that has no nutritive value in it, your body will keep asking you for the right food and nutrients because it is missing them to properly function. .

I can see why every body loves tacos 🌮 they are so delicious and super simple. Growing up it was a staple at my house 🏡 
I usually get wholewheat tortilla or organic white corn tortilla 🌽, I add hummus, black beans, bell pepper, carrots, cucumber, mixed greens, and my homemade sauce, roll and enjoy 😊
