I woke up so thankful for this place. One of the many homes I have placed part of my heart. Of all places in the world this one is filled with more lessons than I knew there were to learn. Through frustration and laughter, there is always a brighter day & more work to be done.
For myself, I know I could always push myself a little more, work a little harder, focus a little more, and lift a little heavier (speaking very broadly). I've gotta do something today that I've been procrastinating on for too long. I don't feel ready but I know it needs to be done. To prep myself physically and mentally, I've prayed, crushed my workout, sweat like a beast, and then got myself dolled up. You just gotta do what makes you feel good and strong then tackle that beast before it finally decides to tackle you.
Today's dinner is brought to you by.. Street Kitchen seasoning kit, free range chicken from Gunthrop farm, zucchini noodles (not pictured) and my Crock-Pot! I've been sick for a couple days so standing over a hot stove or grill is not appealing.
Two pounds diced chicken (breast, boneless skinless thighs) Street Kitchen seasoning
1 big arse zucchini
Turn crock pot on low. Dump in chicken, add all seasoning goodies, give it a good stir, leave on low for 4-6 hours.
Turn zucchini into noodles.
Dinner is served!
