Turkey chili 
1-2 cans diced tomatoes - 14.5 oz no salt or 3 -6 ounce of tomato paste no salt with 4 ounce of water (depends on how much tomato flavor you like in your chili)
Chicken broth - 14.5 oz reduced sodium 
Whole kernel corn- 15.25 oz no salt and drained 
Black beans - 16 oz reduced sodium
Pinto beans - 16 oz reduced sodium 
Lean turkey. Either 93/7 or 99/1. I used 93/7
Whole yellow onion 
Red bell pepper 
Garlic
Salt and pepper 
1/2 tsp Cayenne (use less if you don't like spicy)
1-2 tsp Ground cumin 
1-2 tsp Oregano 
2-4 Tb Chili powder (use less if you don't like spicy)
I used McCormick on the seasoning brand 
Minced garlic, chop up onions and bell pepper
Add oil and stir it around until its cooked. 
Add ground turkey. After ground turkey is cooked then add all the seasoning. 
Add corn, beans, chicken broth, and tomatoes. Simmer until most the water is gone. About 30-40 min. 
Alteration 
Use any type of bell peppers or beans. 
If you don't like tomato chunks, you can use 8 oz tomato sauce no salt or 6 oz tomato pasta for each tomato can missing. 
Add fresh jalapeños if you want more spice. Add it at the beginning with the onions, garlic, and bell pepper

Toppings - cheese, avocado, chips, cilantro, onions, jar/can jalapeño, crackers

Im Ansatz habe ich grade versucht zu erklären, warum es mir momentan nicht unbedingt ein Bedürfnis ist JEDEN Tag meine Gedanken hier zu teilen ... es gibt viele Gründe... dennoch gibt es keinen Grund für eine Rechtfertigung, sondern vielmehr ein „Hallo“ und für mich wird es in Zukunft etwas besonderes sein mich hier mitzuteilen. Wer wirklich spürt und verbunden ist mit allem was ist ... der wird grade merken, welche Kräfte hier im Universum wirken und das ist nicht immer leicht zu erklären. Wir schreiben das Jahr der großen „1“ und das kann alles bedeuten... Energien verstärken sich und dich auf sämtlichen Ebenen und wir sollten behutsam damit umgehen. Sagen wir so ... Es ist eine Alt/ NEU Konstellation 🌌 die uns nutzen kann und aber auch manch einen völlig zerstrubbelt. Das zeigt sich körperlich als auch mental. Und das reicht es nicht sich ein paar Affirmationen herunterzubeten ... es geht um das Fühlen! Nur so wird eine Affirmation auch zu einem Teil von Dir! Wir leben in einem Energiefeld dass alle Anteile in uns verstärkt: dunkel wie hell. Und es kann das „ALLES ODER NICHTS!“ Gefühl aus dem letzten Jahr verstärken und uns auf Wege bringen die unserer wahren Natur entsprechen. Und wie wir das erlangen was uns dauerhaft stärkt? Guten Morgen Peoplezzzzz 📚 Im Ansatz habe ich grade versucht zu erklären, warum es mir momentan nicht unbedingt ein Bedürfnis ist JEDEN Tag meine Gedanken hier zu teilen ... es gibt viele Gründe... dennoch gibt es keinen Grund für eine Rechtfertigung, sondern vielmehr ein „Hallo“ und für mich wird es in Zukunft etwas besonderes sein mich hier mitzuteilen. Wer wirklich spürt und verbunden ist mit allem was ist ... der wird grade merken, welche Kräfte hier im Universum wirken und das ist nicht immer leicht zu erklären. Wir schreiben das Jahr der großen „1“ und das kann alles bedeuten... Energien verstärken sich und dich auf sämtlichen Ebenen und wir sollten behutsam damit umgehen. Sagen wir so ... Es ist eine Alt/ NEU Konstellation 🌌 die uns nutzen kann und aber auch manch einen völlig zerstrubbelt. Das zeigt sich körperlich als auch mental. Und das reicht es nicht sich ein paar Affirmationen herunterzubeten ... es geht um das Fühlen! Nur so wird eine Affirmation auch zu einem Teil von Dir! Wir leben in einem Energiefeld dass alle Anteile in uns verstärkt: dunkel wie hell. Und es kann das „ALLES ODER NICHTS!“ Gefühl aus dem letzten Jahr verstärken und uns auf Wege bringen die unserer wahren Natur entsprechen. Und wie wir das erlangen was uns dauerhaft stärkt? I was out of chicken/fish so today's lunch is more of a vegetarian style.

All prepped for another week.  @magpie78 is into the second week of @amandafoubister CrossFit challenge.  So being the creative easily bored type I am... tweaked the dishes (all within guidelines).. Chickpea tortillas with shredded beef cheek, slow roasted tomato humus, broccoli slaw.... BOOM 💥 
Beef cheeks are awesome protein source, trim off surface fat, braise for 4-8 hrs and shred... holy taste balls ... nom nom

Tortillas are loaded with natural protein too.. not from powder 😜

ไก่คลุกงาทำง่ายมากก ได้ฟีลของทอดแบบไม่ต้องรู้สึกผิด
1.หมักไก่ด้วยเกลือ พริกไทย ทิ้งไว้20นาที
2.หั่นไก่ หรือทำชิ้นใหญ่ก็ได้ ถ้าชอบงาก็หั่น แต่ถ้าเฉยๆก็คลุกทั้งชิ้นเลย
3.ตีไข่1ฟองแล้วเอาได่ไปชุบทั้งชิ้น
4.คลุกงาต่อเลย
5.อบในหม้อทอดไม่ใช้น้ำมัน 180องศาซี 15นาที เสร็จ!

Good morning fam. No workout today because my Alarm messed me up but I was able to prepare my breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is fruit salad comprising of pineapple, watermelon and mango while lunch is vegetable Rice which I made from 1/3 cup of rice. Infused water is the side chic.
