Meals prepped and ready to go for the week! One day of tuna-stuffed tomatoes, two days of cucumber and tomato salad with chicken, feta, and artichokes, and to days of mixed green salad with chicken, feta, and artichokes.
Lots of tomatoes this week and most of it is fresh from the garden. I have veggies for snacks, as well as Greek yogurt and berries.

😒 I hate when people call themselves fat. We all have fat. We all have eyelashes too, but we don't call each other eyelashes! 🤔 FAT has always been the dietary bad guy yet we all need some fat from food. Fat is a source of energy, is needed to build and repair cells, and is necessary for muscle health and to avoid inflammation.
But some fats are better than others 🐟 🌰. Most of the time, unless I'm having a cheat meal, I try to incorporate healthier fats into my day. I've been getting a lot of messages asking WTF (where's the fat) and how to incorporate more fat into our diet. These are some of my favorite fats to include in my #mealprep !
