Split-stance double clutch overhead #medicineball stomps are an awesome drill to work on firming up the front leg to accept force during pitching. This is yet another example of how med ball work can be an outstanding way to prepare for the stress of throwing without actually throwing. Another good Ballistic Medball exercise is a little body weight side to side pushups with a BMB Push-up Press. Try this between your alt toe touches!!! If you have any questions DM me or comment below
Friday upper bod finishers!! 😜😜😜 Whether you want that hourglass shape, that rad pump, or you want to be able to do life better, working your upper body strength (and power moves like the slams or the squat toss) is crucial!!!
Do it to it: 4 round, 12 reps per ex per side when applicable. Note: the alternating presses are done seated. Also, larger DBS=20lbs, smaller DBS=8lbs, med ball=15lbs.
