Bosu ball front squat w/15lbs kettle bell x 20
Back squat w/60lbs x20
Took 5 reps off every time repeated (so basically 20-15-10-5)
Finished off the workout with abs 
Regular plank 
Side plank
Bosu ball plank
4 lb med ball feet-hand pass off? Idk what to call it? Oh well it works 😂

Floor Press into a Front Squat for 5x5. Had a good flow that I did in between the two movements. All kinds of noises, shhhaaa....ssssshhhhaaa....always room for getting better at breathing, but feeling much better when I use my diaphragm rather than “chest breathing”. Both the of these lifts felt good, really good. Felt stable, in control, strong, mobile, and challenged. Doing the correct warm up and cool down along with it? Nothing better. Train with a purpose. “Do it Right”
