That's it: my holidays are already over... and even though I didn't quite archived my 1000 words a day challenge I did go further into my story, so that's that 😅
Mostly I enjoyed the ocean, extra cold watermelons, the first cucumbers from the garden, the hamoc, the sun when it decided to show up... and spending time with my darling love 😙 What could I ask for more ? I'm now feeling super fresh and motivated for the rest of beautiful summer time! 💖💜💙 I hope you too 😚

I know it's fucked that I'm posting a multitude of videos but I wanted to talk about my experience with the dark night of the soul. I've been thinking a lot about capital steez and the duality of spirituality and just want to talk about some shit. I also just drank two coffees so yeah. My love to everyone. Face this. Whoever listens needs to listen. If you ignore it I completely understand. Also this is my specific experience, and I left out a lot, but a lot of people come across the dark night of the soul in different ways - from different triggers. But it all boils down to watching your ego crumble in a really terrifying way (and just FYI lmao I am obviously still very ruled by my ego, but I had to build it back up because I become an actual ghost after experiencing it) Anyways regardless of what brings you to experiencing it, it is intense as fuck. My voice sounds annoying af but that's what happens when I get into ma shit lmao

Stress happens to everyone, but since you can't avoid your job, bills, or life, the best thing to do is learn to manage the stress. This includes eating healthy, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and taking care of yourself in general.
Taking a few minutes each day to meditate may help lower your stress levels.
Work out regularly
Exercise has been proven to fight stress-related depression, spend time outdoors.
Heading outside is one fast way to alleviate stress. Natural light has been shown to improve mood, many natural smells that you encounter outdoors have been linked with lowering stress levels, too. Some of the scents include lavender, rose, and possibly pine.

Get enough sleep
People who sleep fewer than eight hours each night are more likely to feel overwhelmed, irritable, and angry, try. Stick to the same bedtime every night, lay off the booze, and read a book instead of staring at a screen before hitting the hay. And you can always opt for a nap, which has the power to stave off some of the negative effects of sleep loss and decrease the amount of stress hormones in your body.
