How much should I practice? Should it be every day or do I need rest days? How intense should it be? What time of day is best? How can I reach my goals?
It’s simply that you do some practice each day that’s good for you. Move in a way that’s good for you during your practice. Find places that feel good to get into, and get into them. Let the stress go. Yes, let it go! Put some grace back into how you move.
Then carry it into how you live. Carry this way of being across how you are and how you move all day long.
Keep practicing this self-care as something that’s your life, rather than a separate practice that makes up for your life. When your practice shapes your other 23 hours, then you have something really good.

We are the owners of our happiness. No one else controls it only you do. We allow ourselves to blame others as to why things aren't going right in our life or why we are not completely in an abundance of happiness in our life because we simply don't want to face the fact that the true culprit is us. As I am sitting here and watching the waves after some skating around the coast; I realise for so long I have been trying to play victim within my own life; that the reason I am feeling as if the universe is against me is because I am allowing myself to be around others who suck my energy out of me, that I believe this is all I am worth. However my actually facing my pain this week and getting to the core of it all, I am officially evicting myself out of playing victim and coming right back to the basics. That is everyday happiness and with that my new list continues of trying new things, taking in more simple moments and allowing myself to be my true authentic self. There is no more bullshit in my life and through all of it I am so grateful to where it has led me, right to this moment. Choose you, choose your own happiness an stop allowing yourself to play victim in your life.
