Traveling can be exhausting and stressful. Lack of sleep, exercise and healthy food makes it difficult for me to stay balanced. I’m still learning the best ways to make the most of all that time on flights and in transit. •

#весенниййогатурнабали Ответ на часто задаваемый вопрос: «Сколько денег с собой брать?» Самые большие траты на Бали – экскурсии тк локации далеко друг от друга. Но в тур уже входят все популярные места, поэтому вряд ли захочется ехать куда-то еще. 
Теперь подробнее, на что деньги все таки лучше взять: 
1🔸 На обеды/ужины. Два приема пищи можно уместить в 1000р, можно дешевле, можно и дороже (праздничный ужин в дорогом ресторане максимум 2000р (основное блюдо, напиток, десерт)). 2🔸 Деньги могут понадобиться, если захотите поехать на какой-то другой пляж. Нужно будет брать в аренду байк или такси. Тк мы будем большой группой, то и деньги на транспорт будут делиться на 3-4 человека. Тут точную цену не назову, тк зависит от дальности поездки, но цены на такси дешевле, чем в Москве и Ульяновске, а машины лучше. 
3🔸 На сувениры и покупки. На Бали очень качественные, дизайнерские вещи, поэтому, ели нужен новый купальник лучше купить его на месте! (Это я как девочка говорю). Данная статья расходов будет завесить только от вашей любви к шопингу.😄 До встречи на Бали!🌿

Last month I road tripped from LA to San Francisco, following Route 1 through Santa Barbara, San Simeon, Big Sur, and Carmel. Along the way I had some wonderful opportunities to meditate outside and connect with nature, which is always a fantastic thing to do as it creates a sense of lightness, openness and expansion. Looking forward to the warmer weather here in the UK!

Ogni mattina faccio meditazione. Da quando ho iniziato a praticarla, qualche anno fa, sono rare le mattine in cui non mi ci dedico.

Mi serve a capire il mio 'meteo' interiore.
•
Mi serve a guardarmi dentro, a vedere cosa c'è e a stare con quello che c'è.
•
A volte ci sono 1000 pensieri, come stamattina, altre volte molti meno (ma ci sono sempre). •
Terrò un corso di 'esercizi di mindfulness' a Padova il 25 febbraio. È un workshop di 3 ore in cui faremo le 'pratiche-base', le più semplici, quelle per principianti. (Che poi, in un ambito del genere, siamo tutti sempre principianti). •
La foto è di qualche tempo fa, quando la neve bastava da sola a trasportare in un'atmosfera mindful.

I like to read non fiction alongside fiction when I am reading. Fiction gives me the escapism and the imagination whereas non fiction gives me the knowledge, tips, advice and motivation. However this time, I feel like my non fiction is giving me the escapism too! @fearnecotton’s latest book, CALM, is just incredible. I am halfway and LOVING it! I have already incorporated some of the aspects of this book into my everyday living and yesterday I meditated for the first time. Just for 20 minutes but I loved it. My phone goes off at 8pm every night now so that I can relax and wind down my brain and I am more aware of my breathing. 
I absolutely adored Fearne’s first book, HAPPY, which I read last year so I am really pleased to add this one to my bookshelf. I hope she continues to write books like this because I really enjoy them. .

We commonly say "rest in peace" when we hear of someone who has passed away.  But the work continues even after death,  and unless you realize your nature there can't be peace here or in the afterlife.  All worries,  fears, anger, and desires we have accumulated over the eons will not bring us any peace when we're gone. If you do wish to rest in peace, then be the peace today.
