🥗 The dressing on this salad is super quick, simple and really delicious! For person just mix the following ingredients together and then throw it on your salad:
🍋1 tsp lemon juice
🖤1 tsp balsamic vinegar
🌳1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
🔪1 small clove of garlic crushed

We immediately put Street Teams on the ground to engage and educate consumers, and drive traffic to the location. Consumers were surprised and then thrilled to learn about the Barilla Restaurants presence in the New York City, and some folks even changed lunch plans on the spot. It was a hit!
We enjoyed promoting Barilla and "... celebrating the lifestyle, culture and cuisine of Italy" in midtown Manhattan!
