People constantly ask me “How are you travelling so much?” “Where’s all this money coming from?” My family and friends can tell you that I’m a hard worker and I’ve always had two jobs if not more. So making money has never been a problem for me. I think for myself and lot of people we like to spend money on things like bags, shoes, jewelry, etc.. and over the last couple of years I’ve changed my lifestyle, I began living like a minimalist. I don’t have clothes, shoes and bags that never get worn or used. I’m currently backpacking and everything in my backpack is all that I have. Besides my bed and my furniture back in Canada, I’ve got all that I need. You can travel just like me, people in their 20’s think you need millions to travel you absolutely do not. These are our years! Be open to anything, especially at our age you can meet locals and couch surf, you can survive from a backpack, rent a van and camp, there’s so many other options then a 5 star hotel!! I love walking around and getting lost in a place or going for hikes and it usually doesn’t cost a damn thing except for transportation but besides that I go to free art galleries and shows, I don’t pay for museums and such unless it’s something I really like/enjoy. I can’t even begin to explain the positive effects that travelling can have on you! My funds aren’t unlimited I’ll eventually have to go back to work soon but until then catch me if you can 😉 #travel#wanderlust#explore#backpacking#australia#asia#catchmeifyoucan#catchdeeifyoucan#letsgetlosttogether#liveyourbestlife#nature#love#beauty#happiness#minimalism#meetlocals#couchsurf#kualalumpur#petronastowers#malaysia

🌏 TRAVEL TIP 🌏 .
Engage with the Locals .
Make it a point to avoid other travelers from time to time and start conversations with local people. Basic English is spoken widely all over the world, so it’s easier to communicate with them than you might think, especially when you combine hand gestures and body language.
Learn from those who live in the country you’re visiting. People enrich your travels more than sights do. .
