If I would be any Bondgirl, I would be Melina Havelock from "For Your Eyes Only", portrayed by amazing french actress - Carole Bouquet! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Melina is my 3d favorite Bondgirl! Because she's very brave, cute, clever, tender and beautiful! I like "For Your Eyes Only" so much and Carole is one of the reasons why I like it! I like her duet with Sir Roger Moore in this film! I lived as a Bond girl!! Apparently my doppelganger. Think it's the hair and the serious expression. Throwback to the bond of old... Mind you to play opposite old Roge...😍 For your eyes only. #bond#melinahavelock#fyeo
Moving back to all the regular reviews every Friday is For Your Eyes Only. It's the return of Roger Moore as Ian Fleming's James Bond 007🔫.
In the next classical entire, Bond must find the missing missile command system while becoming tangled in a web of deception spun by rival Greek businessmen along with Melina Havelock, a woman seeking to avenge the murder of her rich parents.
This was the last film produced by United Artists as the company would go on to merge with Metro Goldwyn Mayer to become MGM/UA, and the only film where M doesn't appear in the film due to the death of Bernard Lee.
Okay, I seriously almost rate this a 3 because this entire is one of the most cheesiest film ever. But when the scene involving that underwater Atlantis sequence and the mountain fight gets me interested, I still got mixed feelings about the entire. The acting was cheesy, and the gadgets are a bit fine. But Lynn Holly Johnson was one of the best parts about this movie. Although she was an ice skater in real life, she got second place at the novice level of the 1974 United States Figure Skating Championships.
The title song of the same name was nominated for the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song. However, the Academy ceremony did see the presenting of the Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award to producer Albert R. Broccoli who produced all the classic Bond films since 1962-1989.
Overall, For Your Eyes Only is the most bored retro Bond by far. My rate is a mixed 5/10. That'll end the review for For Your Eyes Only, James Bond will return in Octopussy. #quintinsmovietheatre#foryoureyesonly#jamesbond#rogermoore#lynnhollyjohnson#melinahavelock#aristotlekristatos#bibidahl
