Blurry Ysaye for my #1riffaday today. Balancing @atlysmusic music arranging, ATLYS business stuff, and my own stuff is really difficult. I spend a lot of my days on the computer. But I always take time out of my day to play some scales and work a little bit on this fun piece. Gets me back to the place where I started. Enjoy!!
Let me introduce to you my friend Enoch! Sometimes back I found my friend Emmah singing a classical hymn and the instrumentation was a unique piano melody with some well calculated minor chords. I tried to peep and see who was on the keys but I think im short, I just couldnt see!
In my head, I kept guessing who it might be. There's another gifted pianist also called Enoch but I know his style, so I ruled him out. The other two that kept confusing my guesses were Kasmuel and Ignatius. At long last I decided to stick with Enoch Ratemo as my final guess and voila!!! It was him!!! This guy is super talented. I was taking photos for fun at my friends wedding and I found him on the keys again and that's when I took this photo. With Mapenzi on the bass and the saxophonist, they were playing the kind of music that drives me crazy and to be specific, arrangements from my favourite pianist John Schmidt of Piano Guys!!!! If you want sth unique for your wedding-I highly recommend these guys. They are also full of maad energy when you need people to bring life to a crowd of lazy bones. Wachaneni na hizo Canons in D, zinabore.. Any way, the caption of this photo was to be sth like "...Good pianist". Hii story yote I have no idea where it came from!!!! Cheers to good music!!!! #musicians#music#pianist#melodies#weddings#kenyanweddings
