A small Welsh Valleys town is having a HUGE impact on one little special girls story. #miachambers is facing a big battle with her illness & the local community has gone together to support her & fundraising has blown everyone away!
Take a look:
Packing my back the night before this weekend's #redroute2017 - lessons learnt front last year... sensible shoes (boots are a bad idea on tarmac) water is your friend (standard) smaller cameras are great (Fuji this year, you realise just how heavy a Canon 5Dmii is when you walk with it around your neck for 27 miles!) and food (fruit pastilles for fun, biscuits for a performance tomorrow 😀) Added bits: sound recording equipment, microphone, batteries, and of course the new work that's gna be shown along the way! Pics of that tomorrow :) This year's Red Route artists include Nia Metcalfe, Cara Cullen, Dai Howell, Erin Rickard and myself! There will also be contributions from Eleanor Davis, Wesley Matsell, Barracwda and South Wales Miners' Library - plus a donation of beer from Roath Brewery for this event!
Full details of times, route, artists and performances are available through @madeinroath Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/1907811259495533??ti=ia
Hope to see you there 😀#redroute2017#madeinspring2017#preparation#walking#wales#artoutdoors#artinthelandscape#merthyr#abercynon#pontypridd#cardiff
Just another awesome client who has achieved their goals.
12 weeks and 2 stone down, massive fitness gains (no inhaler needed anymore) and a whole lot of endurance gained.
Quality not quantity as he trained no more than 3 times per week for no more than one hour and his nutrition was a lot better than before.
Working 12+ hour shifts, he's a perfect example of that if really want something, you will get it.
Stop making excuses!
Currently not taking on any more clients, if you want find out how I help you though; get in touch.

One of my favourite things about shopping in Cardiff all weekend was coming across these fantabulous Welsh puns on famous book titles, by beloved local company I Loves The Diff. You don't have to be Welsh to get the literary jokes plastered on mugs and posters - like Last Tango in Powys or Dial M For Merthyr, but it probably helps.
