Why do I put working out on my “to-do list” — because it’s a priority.

It makes me feel really good (after anyway... sometimes during the workout I’m dropping F bombs left and right but it’s cool)

My personal journey has been anything but easy. I love what I do so I don't talk about the negatives but that doesn't mean there aren't any, or that I don't deal with my own struggles. Once you see your body super small it's hard to accept any other way. I know my worth is anything but determined by a number on the scale and I also know now that I don't want to look or feel that way forever (depleted as F) As much as I love the extremes that come with prep, I need energy for other things like growing my business and helping my clients grow and prosper ❤️🔥💪🏻 Being super tiny doesn't inspire anyone (I'm hard on myself which is why being self coached worked BUT being self coached I also put ALOT of pressure on myself to look great 24/7) .. Being healthy, real, open, raw. Relatable. That's the shit that inspires others to keep going. Nobody is perfect, we all have our ups and downs. Don't ever compare YOUR personal journey to anyone else's. IT ALL TAKES TIME- consistency - Everything that's happening to you is there to serve you. It's either or blessing or a lesson ❤️ Happy Friday xox
Whatever motivates YOU should be where you spend your money. My taste in sneakers may be expensive, but I KNOW two things:

A new year has begun & I’ve been pondering on what I want to resolve. What are my new goals this year? There are so many! The typical “work out more” actually stuck with me this past year. I’ve lost inches....still a long way to go. Now if only I could lose more weight! I want to culminate better communication, achieve more milestones in my business, more meaningful friendships, be a better mother & wife, less anxiety & more confidence. Those are just to name a few! All I know is when I saw this shirt, I had to buy it. Im only trying to be better than the person I was yesterday. I have to push myself constantly because I know that no one else will push me. I struggled to finish strong today. My mind was all over the place. The second round was hard but I pushed myself to finish. Some days are harder than others. #igotthis

I have two major flaws that will stay with me forever! I'm stubborn as hell and I have too much pride! Hell I even have the word "pride" tattooed on my arm for gods sake lol. Anyways, I managed to squeeze out 8 sets on my leg routine today. My lower back is still jacked up so I decided to do box squats to ease the pressure off of my lower back. Lift smarter not harder right? I ended up maxing out at 315lbs on my 6th set on my box squats. I never go heavy on any sort of squats in general but I decided to give it a shot this morning and it worked out perfect! All you have to do is believe in yourself and never doubt what your mind and body can accomplish and I guarantee that you'll achieve all kinds of personal goals and especially when you want something so bad! Real talk💯
Can I just lose a bit of fat now please!!! 🙇♀️ If I lost a little fat from my bum/legs/hips I would actually sit quite comfortable in my own skin as an all round year shape.

Every time I was convinced I couldn't go on, I did, I do! Thank God, for the peaks and valleys. Because those are the moments that have shaped and molded me. I will forever be grateful for it all. Because during my darkest moments --the one's where I lack motivation and all I hear is the noise or even when I have struggled to love myself. I am being molded and groomed for something far greater than me. I am constantly reminded that I am surrounded by mercy, grace and favor ALWAYS. All of the experiences, I've survived and encountered have helped me (continuously) grow and evolve not just externally but internally. I am nowhete near done I can't imagine I ever will be. But I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to live life in the most authentic way and that is by being apologetically me! I am #her she is #me no matter what weight I am.
