Pasta in just quantity (once or twice a week, just a cup), and with some healthy dressing, can cause greater satiety since it belongs to foods called: Slow Absorption Carbohydrates, which consist of a 60 or 70% of carbohydrates of slow absorption, but 12 or 13% of proteins and their contribution in fat is almost null (only the pasta without dressings).
